ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain BDV5419, representative of Bradyrhizobium genospecies L, which symbiotically associates with the Australian native legume Hardenbergia violaceae and is expected to represent a novel Bradyrhizobium species. The complete genome sequence provides a genetic reference for this Australian genospecies.

We present the complete genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain CCGE-LA001, a nitrogen-fixing bacterium isolated from nodules of Phaseolus microcarpus. Strain CCGE-LA001 represents the first sequenced bradyrhizobial strain obtained from a wild Phaseolus sp. Its genome revealed a large and novel symbiotic island.

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain ORS3257, which forms efficient symbioses with cowpea, peanut, or groundnut.

ABSTRACT Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain ORS285, which is able to nodulate Aeschynomene legumes using two distinct strategies that differ in the requirement of Nod factors. The genome sequence information of this strain will help understanding of the different mechanisms of interaction of rhizobia with legumes.

ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain BDV5040, representative of Bradyrhizobium genospecies B, which symbiotically associates with legume hosts belonging to all three Fabaceae subfamilies across the Australian continent. The complete genome sequence provides a genetic reference for this Australian genospecies.
