ABSTRACT In the present work, we report the complete genome sequence of Bacillus velezensis DKU_NT_04, isolated from cheonggukjang, which is a traditional Korean fermented soybean paste. The final genome assembly consists of a 4.328-Mbp chromosome with 4,134 coding sequences and a G+C content of 45.21%.

ABSTRACT The first complete genome assembly of buffalopox virus isolate Karachi 2005, with a length of 195,630 bp, is presented here. Phylogenetic analysis shows the virus to cluster within Vaccinia species, and the genome contains 177 protein-coding sequences.

ABSTRACT Bursaphelenchus okinawaensis is a self-fertilizing, hermaphroditic, fungus-feeding nematode used as a laboratory model for the genus Bursaphelenchus, which includes the important pathogen Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. Here, we report the nearly complete genome sequence of B. okinawaensis. The 70-Mbp assembly contained six scaffolds (>11 Mbp each) with telomere repeats on their ends, indicating complete chromosomes.

ABSTRACT Mycoplasma bovirhinis, a mycoplasmal species involved in bovine respiratory diseases, is also a commensal microorganism that inhabits the bovine respiratory and reproductive organs. We present the complete 948,039-bp genome sequence of M. bovirhinis strain HAZ141_2, which was isolated from bovine nasal discharge in Japan.

In this report, we describe the complete genome assembly of a Pantoea agglomerans isolate, TH81, collected from a boreal forest soil associated with permafrost thaw. Using both Nanopore and Illumina sequences, we assembled four circular contigs totaling 4,983,504 bp (N 50, 4,127,869 bp), a complete chromosome with three plasmids.

ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Gordonia rubripertincta SD5, isolated from a soil-derived di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate-degrading enrichment culture. The final genome assembly consists of a 5.10-Mbp chromosome and a plasmid (159 kbp). A total of 4,814 coding sequences were predicted, including 4,741 protein-coding sequences.
