ABSTRACT Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Vibrio coralliilyticus OCN008, a marine bacterium that infects reef-building coral. Previous sequencing efforts yielded an incomplete sequence (210 contigs). We used Nanopore and Illumina sequencing data to obtain complete sequences of the two circular chromosomes (3.48 and 1.91 Mb) and one megaplasmid (244.69 kb).

ABSTRACT Here, we report the closed genome sequence of Clostridium formicaceticum, an Rnf- and cytochrome-containing autotrophic acetogen that is able to convert carbon monoxide to acetate using the Wood-Ljungdahl pathway. The genome consists of a circular chromosome (4.59 Mb).

Vibrio coralliilyticus RE22 is an indigenous marine pathogen that infects larval bivalve shellfish. This strain is particularly problematic in oyster hatcheries, where it causes high larval mortality.

ABSTRACT Here, we report the complete genome sequence of the phosphate-solubilizing bacterium Burkholderia cenocepacia CR318, consisting of three circular chromosomes of 3,511,146 bp, 3,097,552 bp, and 1,056,069 bp. The data presented will facilitate further insight into the mechanisms of phosphate solubilization and its application for agricultural and ecological sustainability.

Vibrio natriegens is a fast-growing marine bacterium of interest for biotechnology applications. Here, we describe the isolation and genome annotation of V. natriegens podophage Phriendly. Among the 72 predicted coding genes and 1 tRNA, Phriendly’s 50,218-bp genome has low sequence identity to known phages.

ABSTRACT Streptococcus mitis Nm-65 is a human commensal streptococcal strain of the mitis group that was isolated from the tooth surface of a patient with Kawasaki disease. The complete genome sequence of Nm-65 was obtained by means of hybrid assembly, using two next-generation sequencing data sets. The final assembly size was 2,085,837 bp, with 2,039 coding sequences.

ABSTRACT Here, we present the annotated complete genome sequence of Allorhizobium vitis K306, a phytopathogenic strain causing crown gall of grapevine. The A. vitis K306 genome is 5.79 Mb long with 5,199 predicted protein-coding genes and contains 2 circular chromosomes of 3.8 Mb and 1.1 Mb and 2 plasmids, namely, pTiK306 and pTrK306, that are 262 kb and 581 kb, respectively.
