The exact Dirac equation for the energy-dependent Coulomb (EDC) potential including a Coulomb-like tensor (CLT) potential has been studied in the presence of spin and pseudospin symmetries with arbitrary spin–orbit quantum number, κ. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctions are obtained in the framework of the asymptotic iteration method. Some numerical results are obtained in the presence and absence of EDC and CLT potentials.

In this paper, we present exact solutions of the Dirac equation with the pseudoharmonic potential including linear as well as Coulomb-like tensor potential with arbitrary spin–orbit coupling number κ under spin and pseudospin symmetry limits. The Nikiforov–Uvarov method is used to obtain energy eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctions in closed forms. We show that tensor interaction removes degeneracies between spin and pseudospin doublets. Some numerical results are also given.

The bound-state solutions of the Dirac equation for the Manning-Rosen potential are presented approximately for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum numberκwith the Hulthén and Coulomb-like potentials as a tensor interaction. The generalized parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method is used to obtain energy eigenvalues and corresponding two-component spinors of the two Dirac particles and these are obtained in the closed form by using the framework of the spin symmetry and p-spin symmetry concept. We have also shown that tensor interaction removes degeneracies between spin and p-spin doublets. Some numerical results are also given.

We solve the Dirac equation for the Manning-Rosen plus shifted Deng-Fan potential including a Coulomb-like tensor potential with arbitrary spin–orbit coupling quantum number κ. In the framework of the spin and pseudospin (pspin) symmetry, we obtain the energy eigenvalue equation and the corresponding eigenfunctions in closed form by using the Nikiforov–Uvarov method. Also Special cases of the potential as been considered and their energy eigen values as well as their corresponding eigen functions are obtained for both relativistic and non-relativistic scope.

Spin and pseudospin symmetries of Dirac equation are solved under scalar and vector generalized isotonic oscillators and Cornell potential as a tensor interaction for arbitrary quantum number via the analytical ansatz approach. The spectrum of the system is numerically reported for typical values of the potential parameters.

AbstractThe pseudospin and spin symmetric solutions of the Dirac equation with Hulthén-type tensor interaction are obtained under multi-parameter-exponential potential (MEP) for arbitrary κ states. The energy eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenfunctions are also obtained using the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method. Some numerical results are also obtained for pseudospin and spin symmetry limits.

The spatially dependent mass Dirac equation is solved exactly for attractive scalar and repulsive vector Coulomb potentials including a tensor interaction potential under the spin and pseudospin (p-spin) symmetric limits by using the Laplace transformation method (LTM). Closed forms of the energy eigenvalue equation and wave functions are obtained for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number κ. Some numerical results are given too. The effect of the tensor interaction on the bound states is presented. It is shown that the tensor interaction removes the degeneracy between two states in the spin doublets. We also investigate the effects of the spatially-dependent mass on the bound states under the conditions of the spin symmetric limit and in the absence of tensor interaction (T=0).

In this paper, the energy eigenvalues of the two dimensional hydrogen atom are presented for the arbitrary Larmor frequencies by using the asymptotic iteration method. We first show the energy eigenvalues for the case with no magnetic field analytically, and then we obtain the energy eigenvalues for the strong and weak magnetic field cases within an iterative approach for n=2-10 and m=0-1 states for several different arbitrary Larmor frequencies. The effect of the magnetic field on the energy eigenvalues is determined precisely. The results are in excellent agreement with the findings of the other methods and our method works for the cases where the others fail.

We study the Dirac equation for the q-deformed hyperbolic Scarf potential including a coulomb-like tensor potential under the spin symmetry. The parametric generalization of the Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used to obtain the energy eigenvalues equation and the unnormalized wave functins. Keywords: Dirac equation; q-deformed hyperbolic Scarf; Spin symmetry; Tensor coupling.© 2011 JSR Publications.
