In any network, the diameter is often taken as a measure of efficiency, as it measures the maximum communication delay. The fact that addition or deletion of edges changes the diameter gives rise to the concept of diameter variability. Its study becomes important as it determines the communication efficiency when an addition or deletion of a link occurs in a network. Two other important graph parameters considered as a measure of reliability and efficiency of networks are wide diameter and fault diameter. In this paper, we study these diameter notions of the Fibonacci cubes.

The topology properties of multi-processors interconnection networks are important to the performance of high performance computers. The hypercube network [Formula: see text] has been proved to be one of the most popular interconnection networks. The [Formula: see text]-dimensional locally twisted cube [Formula: see text] is an important variant of [Formula: see text]. Fault diameter and wide diameter are two communication performance evaluation parameters of a network. Let [Formula: see text]), [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] denote the diameter, the [Formula: see text] fault diameter and the wide diameter of [Formula: see text], respectively. In this paper, we prove that [Formula: see text] if [Formula: see text] is an odd integer with [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] if [Formula: see text] is an even integer with [Formula: see text].

Traditional culture of ethnic minorities is the material and spiritual values that are accumulated and preservedin the whole history of ethnic minority development. In thatcommon cultural flow, every ethnic minorities group in ourcountry has its own characteristics in traditional culture. That identity is expressed firstly in language. Language is animportant element of the ethnic minorities character, therefore, the loss of language is the loss of a great asset, thereby leadingto the erasure of art literature, religious beliefs and the custom, customary law. Therefore, in the context of modern life, preserving andpromoting the cultural and linguistic identity of ethnicminorities is an urgent task. In particular, pay specialattention to the method of cultural preservation through thedevelopment of Information, Education and CommunicationModel in ethnic minorities languages in schools and localcommunities.

The signless Laplacian reciprocal distance matrix for a simple connected graph G is defined as RQ(G)=diag(RH(G))+RD(G). Here, RD(G) is the Harary matrix (also called reciprocal distance matrix) while diag(RH(G)) represents the diagonal matrix of the total reciprocal distance vertices. In the present work, some upper and lower bounds for the second-largest eigenvalue of the signless Laplacian reciprocal distance matrix of graphs in terms of various graph parameters are investigated. Besides, all graphs attaining these new bounds are characterized. Additionally, it is inferred that among all connected graphs with n vertices, the complete graph Kn and the graph Kn−e obtained from Kn by deleting an edge e have the maximum second-largest signless Laplacian reciprocal distance eigenvalue.
