Through analyzing the development of Social-security system, the paper proposes one design proposal of the WEB system development based on LINQ. It uses three-tier structure to carry on the system development and carry on the operation for the database by LINQ. The applications of system prove that the system is operating well. It improves the management level of social-security information and it also confirms LINQ could greatly simplify the programming efficiency of system development and improve the access speed of database.

The universality of Web application prompts the rapid development of Web development technologies, which has inspired many students and engineering technicians to study and apply them. Through the research of the Web technology and combining the teaching practice, an autonomous learning platform system about Web system development course was designed and developed. The platform system has the characteristics of self-evolution, Web application dynamic embedding, and abundant learning resources. Also, the platform system provides learners with independent, open, collaborative learning space.

The web system linked by Internet becomes important not only as a functional application system within a company but as a critical backbone for conducting business in a highly competitive market. It is driving companies to come up with a whole new set of business strategies. This paper proposes a methodology to link these strategies to effective system artifacts. Strategic agents are extracted from the three interacting perspectives of customers, competitors, and company itself. The methodology consists of strategic requirement analysis, agent modeling, system design, and system implementation. A real-life case is illustrated to demonstrate the feasibility of our methodology. The resulting Internet system is more likely to be competitive in this dynamic business world.

The recent development in the field of Web system technology has transformed the software industry radically by integrating a wide range of web users, vendors, and enterprise applications worldwide. In Web-based system, a security requirement is a critical issue. This difficulty is due to the complexity level of such systems as well as their variety and increasing distribution. The World Wide Web has become a highly adopted platform for web system. In order to avoid the high impacts of software vulnerabilities, it is necessary to specify security requirements early in the development on a detailed level and it needs to be built into the application design up-front by explicitly stating the security approach. A current web system faces major security problems because security design is not integrated into the Web Engineering Development Process. Due to insufficient support for a concrete and assessable level the application security and the software security is invaded. This paper emphasizes on need of security at Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of web system and integration of security in web system development life cycle.
