With the development of computer information science and technology, Internet has a large number of network propaganda and public opinion page every day. Through the network micro message and the micro-blog forwarding, network propaganda and public opinion have the impact on the development and stability of colleges, so the study network propaganda and public opinion has important significance for the development of colleges. Under this background, based on the computer Internet technology, the Internet erection of network propaganda guidance mode are analyzed, and compared with the fuzzy minimum production tree theory and the C language software, the network construction is verified. Finally the iterative process of finding the network transmission is relatively stable, after 800 iterative steps, numerical is slowly increasing, in which the maximum value is about 0.0001. The seven school propaganda is been as the minimum spanning of tree main network, its sum of weighted has been up to 1606.

A new model-free approach to precisely control humanoid robot joints is presented in this article. An input–output online identification procedure will permit to compensate neglected or uncertain dynamics, such as, on the one hand, transmission and compliance nonlinear effects, and, on the other hand, network transmission delays. Robustness to parameter variations will be analyzed and compared to other advanced PID-based controllers. Simulations will show that not only good tracking quality can be obtained with this novel technique, but also that it provides a very robust behavior to the closed-loop system. Furthermore, a locomotion task will be tested in a complete humanoid simulator to highlight the suitability of this control approach for such complex systems.

Discuss the design of product data management (PDM) system based on Solid Edge Insight: Managed the different user roles by using the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0; Informed file changes to related staff timely by mail server to achieve the collaborative work between different designers that greatly improved design efficiency; Realized online browsing the Solid Edge files and their properties and BOM list via web part provided by the Insight, which made the system more humanized and visualization; Realized document libraries search by using its search view; Introduced the secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt network transmission system, which made the system safer and more reliable. Practice results show that this PDM system is able to fulfill the demand of online browsing and managing CAD products or related documents in minor enterprises.
