We discuss the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a first-order boundary value problem for impulsive functionalqk-integrodifference equations. The main results are obtained with the aid of some classical fixed point theorems. Illustrative examples are also presented.

We show the existence and uniqueness of solutions for an antiperiodic boundary value problem of nonlinear impulsiveqk-difference equations by applying some well-known fixed point theorems. An example is presented to illustrate the main results.

In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a boundary value problem for second-order quantum (p,q)-difference equations with separated boundary conditions, by using classical fixed point theorems. Examples illustrating the main results are also presented.

AbstractA newly proposed p-Laplacian nonperiodic boundary value problem is studied in this research paper in the form of generalized Caputo fractional derivatives. The existence and uniqueness of solutions are fully investigated for this problem using some fixed point theorems such as Banach and Schauder. This work is supported with an example to apply all obtained new results and validate their applicability.

A nonlinear impulsive integrodifference equation within the frame ofqk-quantum calculus is investigated by applying using fixed point theorems. The conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions are obtained.

We study the boundary value problems (BVPs) of the Caputo-Hadamard type fractional differential equations (FDEs) supplemented by multi-point conditions. Many new results of existence and uniqueness are obtained with the use of fixed point theorems for single-valued maps. With the help of examples, the results are well illustrated.

Abstract This paper is mainly devoted to the study of one kind of nonlinear Schrödinger differential equations. Under the integrable boundary value condition, the existence and uniqueness of the solutions of this equation are discussed by using new Riesz representations of linear maps and the Schrödinger fixed point theorem.

The purpose of this research is to connect fixed point methods with certain third-order boundary value problems in new and interesting ways. Our strategy involves an analysis of the problem under consideration within closed and bounded sets. We develop sufficient conditions under which the associated mappings will be contractive and invariant in these sets, which generates new advances concerning the existence, uniqueness and approximation of solutions.

We unify the concepts ofG-metric, metric-like, andb-metric to define new notion of generalizedb-metric-like space and discuss its topological and structural properties. In addition, certain fixed point theorems for two classes ofG-α-admissible contractive mappings in such spaces are obtained and some new fixed point results are derived in corresponding partially ordered space. Moreover, some examples and an application to the existence of a solution for the first-order periodic boundary value problem are provided here to illustrate the usability of the obtained results.

In this paper, we derive existence and uniqueness results for a nonlinear Caputo–Riemann–Liouville type fractional integro-differential boundary value problem with multi-point sub-strip boundary conditions, via Banach and Krasnosel’skii⏝’s fixed point theorems. Examples are included for the illustration of the obtained results.

Fourth order boundary value problems arise in the study of the equilibrium of an elastaic beam under an external load. The author earlier investigated the existence and uniqueness of the solutions of the nonlinear analogues of fourth order boundary value problems that arise in the equilibrium of an elastic beam depending on how the ends of the beam are supported. This paper concerns the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the fourth order boundary value problems with periodic boundary conditions.
