In this paper we consider the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions to the following operator equation in an ordered Banach space $E$$$A(x,x)+B(x,x)=x,~x\in P,$$where $P$ is a cone in $E$. We study an application for fractional differential equations.

The aim of this paper is to propose a new faster iterative scheme (called AA-iteration) to approximate the fixed point of (b,η)-enriched contraction mapping in the framework of Banach spaces. It is also proved that our iteration is stable and converges faster than many iterations existing in the literature. For validity of our proposed scheme, we presented some numerical examples. Further, we proved some strong and weak convergence results for b-enriched nonexpansive mapping in the uniformly convex Banach space. Finally, we approximate the solution of delay fractional differential equations using AA-iterative scheme.

AbstractWe concentrate on a category of singular boundary value problems of fractional differential equations with integral boundary conditions, in which the nonlinear function f is singular at $t=0$ t = 0 , 1. We use Banach’s fixed-point theorem and Hölder’s inequality to verify the existence and uniqueness of a solution. Moreover, also we prove the existence of solutions by Krasnoselskii’s and Schaefer’s fixed point theorems.

In this paper, nonlinear nonautonomous equations with the generalized proportional Caputo fractional derivative (GPFD) are considered. Some stability properties are studied by the help of the Lyapunov functions and their GPFDs. A scalar nonlinear fractional differential equation with the GPFD is considered as a comparison equation, and some comparison results are proven. Sufficient conditions for stability and asymptotic stability were obtained. Examples illustrating the results and ideas in this paper are also provided.

Abstract The aim of this work is to modify the invariant subspace method (ISM) in order to obtain closed form solutions of fractional differential-difference equations with Ψ-Riemann–Liouville (Ψ-RL) fractional derivative for first time. We have investigated the cases of two-dimensional and the three-dimensional invariant subspaces (ISs) in the suggested scheme. Using the modified ISM, new exact generalized solutions for the general fractional mKdV Lattice equation and the fractional Volterra lattice system are obtained. Compared with similar solution techniques in literature, the presented solution scheme is highly efficient and is capable to find new general exact solutions which cannot be attained by other methods.

The aim of this paper is to establish the Ulam stability of the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional differential equation with integral boundary condition. We also present the existence and uniqueness results of the solution for the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional differential equation by Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem and Banach fixed point theorem. Some examples are provided to illustrate our theorems.
