’3D printing technology is becoming increasingly popular in the automotive, electronics, and healthcare industries, to name a few, and the IoT can play an important role in ensuring quality control by connecting big data analytics to 3D printing through the strategic use of embedded sensors. The purpose is to integrate 3D printing technology with intangible cultural heritage-related cultural and creative products in the new era background, so as to achieve the double effects of economic benefits and cultural heritage. The connotation, characteristics, and types of egg carving handicraft are taken as the theoretical basis, and the innovation and development of egg carving cultural and creative products in Linxia city, Gansu Province, are taken as an example. Then, the innovation of egg carving handicraft technology is put forward, including the innovation of technique and expression form. On this basis, 3D printing technology is used, the hollow egg carving model which combines the characteristics of Gansu Linxia egg carving is designed, and 3D solid printing is carried out. The results show that the surface of the eggshell is not too bright and the effect is very subtle. The dark color of the eggshell can well set off the white font and white picture, and the calligraphy and knife method can be integrated and unified. The 3D modeling image of egg carving reveals that the selection of color and material can set off a better viewing effect. Moreover, the 3D printed hollow egg carving works have complete appearance and high artistic design, which has strong artistic effect and is in line with the special color of Gansu Linxia egg carving. Therefore, the strategy of innovative development of egg carving cultural and creative products based on 3D printing technology has a promoting effect on the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage of Linxia egg carving in Gansu Province.

In recent years, information technology and network technology of China have much developed, promoting the growth of social economic benefits. Under such circumstances, the matter of how to reduce the cost and bring more benefit remains to be important. 3D printing technology is playing a more and more important role in style design, the construction industry and the art industry. The author has made a deep analysis on 3D printing technology based on her own observation and practice and has made a brief discussion as to how to fully apply 3D printing technology and how to promote computer-aided style design.

In this article a new 3D measurement system along with the study on 3D printing technology is presented from the perspective of quality of reproduction. In the first part of the paper the 3DMADMAC|SPECTRAL system which integrates 3D shape with additional color and angular reflectance measurement capabilities is presented (see Figure 1). The shape measurement system is based on structured light projection with the use of a DLP projector. The 3D shape measurement method is based on sinusoidal fringes and Gray codes projection. Color is being measured using multispectral images with a set of interference filters to separate spectral channels. Additionally the set up includes an array of compact light sources for measuring angular reflectance based on image analysis and 3D data processing. All three components of the integrated system use the same greyscale camera as a detector. The purpose of the system is to obtain complete information about shape, color and reflectance characteristic of mea sured surface, especially for cultural heritage objects - in order to create high quality 3D documentation. In the second part of the paper the 3D printing technology will be tested on real measured cultural heritage objects. Tests allow to assess measurement and color accuracy of reproduction by selected 3D printing technology and shed some light on how current 3D printing technology can be applied into cultural heritage.

Abstract Porcelain is a precious historical and cultural heritage of China and the world as a whole,as well as a treasure inherited from ancient Chinese art. Nevertheless, due to human activities, environmental changes and other factors, a multitude of porcelain cultural relics are undergoing destroy. Therefore, how to use modern science and technology to effectively inherit and protect this precious cultural heritage has become a major concern in human society. Digital protection of porcelain has attracted a board attention with the progress of 3D scanning modeling and 3D printing technology. Double-ear clashing color vase with lotus design is an elaborate Qing Dynasty porcelain unearthed in Anqing City, Anhui Province. Unfortunately, the bottleneck is defective, but its artistic value can be restored via 3D modeling, digital repair and 3D printing. This study attempts to display more historical information on this double-ear clashing color vase by 3D modeling and 3D printing technology, and to unveil the historical connotation behind this cultural relic.
