Coal bump prediction is one of the key problems in deep coal mining engineering. To predict coal bump disaster accurately and reliably, we propose a depth neural network (DNN) prediction model based on the dropout method and improved Adam algorithm. The coal bump accident examples were counted in order to analyze the influencing factors, characteristics, and causes of this type of accidents. Finally, four indexes of maximum tangential stress of surrounding rock, uniaxial compressive strength of rock, uniaxial tensile strength of rock, and elastic energy of rock are selected to form the prediction index system of coal bump. Based on the research results of rock burst, 305 groups of rock burst engineering case data are collected as the sample data of coal bump prediction, and then, the prediction model based on a dropout and improved Adam-based deep neural network (DA-DNN) is established by using deep learning technology. The DA-DNN model avoids the problem of determining the index weight, is completely data-driven, reduces the influence of human factors, and can realize the learning of complex and subtle deep relationships in incomplete, imprecise, and noisy limited data sets. A coal mine in Shanxi Province is used to predict coal bump with the improved depth learning method. The prediction results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the DA-DNN coal bump prediction model. Finally, it is proved that the model can effectively provide a scientific basis for coal bump prediction of similar projects.

Due to the large size of the heavy duty machine tool-foundation systems, space temperature difference is high related to thermal error, which affects to system’s accuracy greatly. The recent highly focused deep learning technology could be an alternative in thermal error prediction. In this paper, a thermal prediction model based on a self-organizing deep neural network (DNN) is developed to facilitate accurate-based training for thermal error modeling of heavy-duty machine tool-foundation systems. The proposed model is improved in two ways. Firstly, a dropout self-organizing mechanism for unsupervised training is developed to prevent co-adaptation of the feature detectors. In addition, a regularization enhanced transfer function is proposed to further reduce the less important weights of the process and improve the network feature extraction capability and generalization ability. Furthermore, temperature sensors are used to acquire temperature data from the heavy-duty machine tool and concrete foundation. In this way, sample data of thermal error predictive model are repeatedly collected from the same locations at different times. Finally, accuracy of the thermal error prediction model was validated by thermal error experiments, thus laying the foundation for subsequent studies on thermal error compensation.

Nowadays, personalized recommendation based on knowledge graphs has become a hot spot for researchers due to its good recommendation effect. In this paper, we researched personalized recommendation based on knowledge graphs. First of all, we study the knowledge graphs’ construction method and complete the construction of the movie knowledge graphs. Furthermore, we use Neo4j graph database to store the movie data and vividly display it. Then, the classical translation model TransE algorithm in knowledge graph representation learning technology is studied in this paper, and we improved the algorithm through a cross-training method by using the information of the neighboring feature structures of the entities in the knowledge graph. Furthermore, the negative sampling process of TransE algorithm is improved. The experimental results show that the improved TransE model can more accurately vectorize entities and relations. Finally, this paper constructs a recommendation model by combining knowledge graphs with ranking learning and neural network. We propose the Bayesian personalized recommendation model based on knowledge graphs (KG-BPR) and the neural network recommendation model based on knowledge graphs(KG-NN). The semantic information of entities and relations in knowledge graphs is embedded into vector space by using improved TransE method, and we compare the results. The item entity vectors containing external knowledge information are integrated into the BPR model and neural network, respectively, which make up for the lack of knowledge information of the item itself. Finally, the experimental analysis is carried out on MovieLens-1M data set. The experimental results show that the two recommendation models proposed in this paper can effectively improve the accuracy, recall, F1 value and MAP value of recommendation.
