The main goal of any data storage model on the cloud is accessing data in an easy way without risking its security. A security consideration is a major aspect in any cloud data storage model to provide safety and efficiency. In this paper, we propose a secure data protection model over the cloud. The proposed model presents a solution to some security issues of cloud such as data protection from any violations and protection from a fake authorized identity user, which adversely affects the security of the cloud. This paper includes multiple issues and challenges with cloud computing that impairs security and privacy of data. It presents the threats and attacks that affect data residing in the cloud. Our proposed model provides the benefits and effectiveness of security in cloud computing such as enhancement of the encryption of data in the cloud. It provides security and scalability of data sharing for users on the cloud computing. Our model achieves the security functions over cloud computing such as identification and authentication, authorization, and encryption. Also, this model protects the system from any fake data owner who enters malicious information that may destroy the main goal of cloud services. We develop the one-time password (OTP) as a logging technique and uploading technique to protect users and data owners from any fake unauthorized access to the cloud. We implement our model using a simulation of the model called Next Generation Secure Cloud Server (NG-Cloud). These results increase the security protection techniques for end user and data owner from fake user and fake data owner in the cloud.

Cloud computing has given a bloom to the technical world by providing various services. Data storage is the essential factor for the users who are having or working with lots and lots of data. Cloud data storage becomes the only way to store and maintain the large data, which can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. The open nature of cloud computing leads to some security issues. With respect to the cloud data storage, the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) has to provide security for the data outsourced. Data owner will be concerned on the data correctness after outsourcing into the cloud. To verify the data correctness, ensuring the state of data at the cloud data storage is needed, which is performed with the help of a Trusted Third Party Auditor (TTPA). Data owner can also perform the verification task, but it leads to computation cost and communication costs in huge amount. This survey gives a brief on public auditing schemes to explore what are all the system models designed by various researchers.

The end of this decade is marked by a paradigm shift of the industrial information technology towards a pay-peruse service business model known as cloud computing. Cloud data storage redefines the security issues targeted on customer’s outsourced data. To ensure the correctness of users’ data in the cloud, we propose an effective and flexible distributed scheme with two salient features, opposing to its predecessors. By utilizing the homomorphic token with distributed verification of raptor coded data, our scheme achieves the integration of storage correctness insurance and data error localization, i.e., the identification of misbehaving server(s).Using this new scheme it further support security and dynamic operations on data block. Our result shows that, our proposed model provides a secure storage for data in cloud.

As information and processes are migrating to the cloud, Cloud Computing is drastically changing IT professionals’ working environment. Cloud Computing solves many problems of conventional computing. However, the new technology has also created new challenges such as data security, data ownership and trans-code data storage. We discussed about Cloud computing security issues, mechanism, challenges that Cloud service providers and consumers face during Cloud engineering. Based on concerning of security issues and challenges, we proposed several encryption algorithms to make cloud data secure and invulnerable. We made comparisons among DES, AES, RSA and ECC algorithms to find combinatorial optimization solutions, which fit Cloud environment well for making cloud data secure and not to be hacked by attackers.

Cloud Computing is a robust, less cost, and an effective platform for providing services. Nowadays, it is applied in various services such as consumer business or Information Technology (IT) carried over the Internet. This cloud computing has some risks of security because, the services which are required for its effective compilation is outsources often by the third party providers. This makes the cloud computing more hard to maintain and monitor the security and privacy of data and also its support. This sudden change in the process of storing data towards the cloud computing technology improved the concerns about different issues in security and also the various threats present in this cloud storage. In the concept of security in cloud storage, various threats and challenges are noted by recent researchers. Hence, an effective framework of providing security is required. The main aim of this paper is to analyze various issues in securing the cloud data threats present in the cloud storage and to propose a novel methodology to secure it. This paper also identifies the most crucial components that can be incorporated in the already existing security measures while designing the storage systems based on cloud. This study also provides us to identify all the available solutions for the challenges of security and privacy in cloud storage.

Cloud computing is one of the trending technologies that provide boundless virtualized resources to the internet users as an important services through the internet, while providing the privacy and security. By using these cloud services, internet users get many parallel computing resources at low cost. It predicted that till 2016, revenues from the online business management spent $4 billion for data storage. Cloud is an open source platform structure, so it is having more chances to malicious attacks. Privacy, confidentiality, and security of stored data are primary security challenges in cloud computing. In cloud computing, ‘virtualization’ is one of the techniques dividing memory into different blocks. In most of the existing systems there is only single authority in the system to provide the encrypted keys. To fill the few security issues, this paper proposed a novel authenticated trust security model for secure virtualization system to encrypt the files. The proposed security model achieves the following functions: 1) allotting the VSM(VM Security Monitor) model for each virtual machine; 2) providing secret keys to encrypt and decrypt information by symmetric encryption. The contribution is a proposed architecture that provides a workable security that a cloud service provider can offer to its consumers. Detailed analysis and architecture design presented to elaborate security model.

Abstract Cloud computing has become a victorious archetype for data storage, as well as for computation purposes. Greater than ever it concerns user’s privacy, so that data security in a cloud is increasing day by day. Ensuring security and privacy for data organization and query dispensation in the cloud is important for superior and extended uses of cloud based technologies. Cloud users can barely have the full benefits of cloud computing if we can ensure the real user’s privacy and his data security concerns this approach along with storing thin-skinned personal information in databases and software spread around the cloud. There are numerous service suppliers in WWW (World Wide Web), who can supply each service as a cloud. These cloud services will switch over data with a supplementary cloud, so that when the data is exchanged between the clouds, the problem of confidentiality revelation exists. So the privacy revelation problem concerning a person or a corporation is unavoidably open when releasing or data distributing in the cloud service. Confidentiality is a significant issue in any cloud computing environment. In this paper we propose and implement a mechanism to maintain privacy and secure data storage for group members or a community in cloud environment.

In recent years, with the widespread application of cloud computing, more and more enterprises, institutions, and individuals have started to use cloud services to place their data in the cloud. With the rise of cloud services, the accompanying data security issues have received increasing attention. Because data stores are in the cloud, there are many outstanding security issues. This paper proposes a public cloud data security solution based on a trusted third-party platform. The solution is based on an independent and trusted third-party platform, and has certain advantages in data encryption, key management, data awareness, data sharing, and accident responsibility.

Cloud computing is used to provide scalable services which are easily used over the internet as per the requirement. A major feature of the cloud services is that users data are remotely processed in unknown machines that users do not know or users are not operating these machines. While using these services provided by cloud computing, users fear of losing their own data. The content of data can be financial, health, personal. To resolve this problem, we use information accountability in decentralized format to keep track of the usage of the users data over the cloud. It is object oriented approach that enables enclosing our logging mechanism together with users data and apply access policies with respect to users data. We use JAR programming which provides the dynamic and traveling object functionality and to track any access to userâs data will call authentication and automated logging mechanism to the JAR files. Each access to users cloud data will be getting recorded in separate log file. To provide robust users control, distributed auditing functionality is also provided to track the usage of data. The proposed system also provides the authentication mechanism using external channels and also makes a log of user details from which the cloud data is accessed. Only data owner can retrieve the detail log of his data as per requirement. Data owner will provide the type of access to his data and based on that, authorized data user can access the data over the cloud environment.
