Eilithyia singaporensis sp. nov. (Hemiptera: Fulgoroidea: Tropiduchidae) is described and illustrated from Singapore and Malaya. This represents the second known species of Eilithyia. The male and female genitalia of the genus are described for the first time and a key to the known species in the genus is provided.

AbstractAcupalpa is revised to include five described species: A. albitarsa Mann, A. divisa (Walker), A. pollinosa Mann, A. rostrata Kröber and A. semirufa Mann, and one new species, A. irwini sp. n. All species are brightly coloured wasp mimics with morphological and behavioural characteristics associated with mimicry of pompilid wasps. A key to genera and species is presented with male and female genitalia described and figured for the first time. All species of Acupalpa were compared in a cladistic analysis with two species of Agapophytus using 34 states across 16 adult morphological characters, which resulted in three most parsimonious trees (length = 58 steps). The phylogenetic relationships of species of Acupalpa are discussed in light of the analysis.

The type species of the genus Planovalvata Dubatolov & Kishida, 2012, previously incorrectly identified as Eugoa roseivena Hampson, 1894, is described as new: Planovalvata confusa Volynkin, Dubatolov & Kishida, sp. nov. Taxonomic placement of the genera Planovalvata and Pseudomiltochrista Dubatolov & Bucsek, 2016 is clarified. The combination is revised: Stigmatophora roseivena (Hampson, 1894), comb. rev. Pseudomiltochrista is synonymized with Stigmatophora and downgraded to a subgenus level. One new combination is established: Stigmatophora (Pseudomiltochrista) zolotuhini (Dubatolov & Bucsek, 2016), comb. nov. Male and female genitalia of S. roseivena are illustrated and described for the first time.

Three species of the genus Tabidia Snellen are recorded from China, along with a key to their identification. Among them, T. obvia sp. n. is described as new and T. strigiferalis Hampson and T. candidalis (Warren) are redescribed, including descriptions of both male and female genitalia of T. candidalis for the first time. The differences between T. obvia sp. n. and T. strigiferalis are diagnosed. Images of adults and genitalia are provided.

Present paper contains description of a new species, Afrasura tanzaniae Volynkin, sp. nov. from Tanzania. The new species is related to Afrasura rivulosa (Walker, 1854). Male of Afrasura pallescens Durante, 2009 is illustrated here for the first time, with its re-description provided. Afrasura terlineata Durante, 2009 is transferred to the genus Siccia Walker, 1854: Siccia terlineata (Durante, 2009), comb. nov. Adults, male and female genitalia of all species mentioned are illustrated.

A new species Ypsolopha rhinolophi Corley is described from northern Portugal and south-east France. It resembles Y. alpella (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775) and Y. lucella (Fabricius, 1775) but shows clear differences from both species in DNA barcode and in male and female genitalia. Male genitalia of Y. lucella are illustrated for the first time. The new species has been collected at light, reared from larvae on Quercus pyrenaica Willd. and recognised from DNA barcode fragments obtained from droppings of horseshoe bats.

Two species of Endoclita C. &. R. Felder, 1874 from Taiwan are evaluated for their taxonomic status: Endoclita meifenga Buchsbaum & Grehan sp. n. is described as new for a unique male from the central mountains of Taiwan, and E. kosemponis (Strand, 1916), stat. rev. is elevated to species status. We show that the forewing markings and genitalic characteristics of E. meifenga sp. n. distinguish this species from all other Endoclita. The external appearance of E. kosemponis is similar to E. sinensis (Moore, 1877) but the two species show distinct differences in the male and female genitalia. Preliminary comparison of E. sinensis from Taiwan and Japan suggests they represent more than one species. A sample of the COI gene was sequenced for E. meifenga sp. n. and the primary types of E. meifenga sp. n. and E. kosemponis sp. n. are illustrated here for the first time. The taxonomic status of the non endemic Taiwanese E. davidi (Poujade, 1886) and E. sinensis needs future evaluation.

The East Asian noctuid genus Lophomilia Warren, 1913 (=Atuntsea Berio, 1977, Bryograpta Sugi, 1977) is revised. Four new species (L. nekrasovi sp. n., L. rustica sp. n., L. diehli sp. n., and L. kobesi sp. n.) are described from Russian Far East, Korea, China and Indonesia, Sumatra. Lophomilia takao Sugi, 1962 and Lophomilia albicosta Yoshimoto 1995 are reported for the first time from China; Lophomilia polybapta (Butler, 1879) is first reported from Russia. The male and female genitalia of most species are described, adults of 12 species from East Asia are illustrated, and distribution maps for all species are presented.

The Prabhasa Moore, 1878 genus-group is reviewed. The male and female genitalia of Prabhasa venosa Moore, 1878, the type species of the genus, are described and illustrated for the first time. Two new genera, Macohasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and Chinasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and two new species, Macohasa cernyi Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. and Chinasa sapa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. are described for Prabhasa venosa sensu authors. Four new species, Diduga bayartogtokhi n. sp., D. nigridentata n. sp., D. quinquicornuta n. sp., and D. hanoiensis n. sp. are described from Vietnam along with one newly recorded species, D. alternota Bucsek, 2014.
