Sexannulate Orobdella leech, Orobdella ijimai, is redescribed based on newly collected specimens from the type locality, Nikko, Tochigi Pref., Japan, since this species was originally described based on limited number of characters. In addition, two new sexannulate species, Orobdella dolichopharynx sp. nov. from Amamioshima Island in the Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan, and Orobdella shimadae sp. nov. from Okinawajima Island also in the Ryukyu Archipelago, are described. They resemble O. ijimai in the annulation of mid-body somites, but they differ from the latter in the annulation of somite VIII, position of gonopores, the lack of gastropore, the length of pharynx, the shape of gastroporal duct, and the morphology of male genital organ. Two new Orobdella species differ from each other in the annulation of somite VII, the position of gonopores, and the shape of gastroporal duct. In accordance with the two new species, the diagnosis of Orobdella is slightly emended.

The article describes a new genus, Laberlia (type species − Langsdorfia bellaria Dognin, 1911), including three species, distributed in northern and central Andes (the territory of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru). We establish a new combination: Laberlia bellaria (Dognin, 1911) comb. nov. Two new species are described: Laberlia illapai Yakovlev, Naydenov, Penco sp. nov. (type locality − Ecuador, Morona Santiago, 55 km Road Rio Bamba-Macas) and Laberlia apusorum Yakovlev, Naydenov, Penco sp. nov. (type locality – Peru, La Libertad, Pataz prov., S of Tayabamba). The article is illustrated with images of type specimens and male genital structures, the distribution map is provided.

The article describes two new species: Roepkiella jakli sp. nov. (type locality: Indonesia, Sangir Isl., Tahuna Distr., Bukit Bembalut Hill) and R. korshunovi sp. nov. (type locality: Thailand, Khon Kaen Prov., Phu Wiang Wat). The diagnostic features are given, the male genitalia of R. celebensis (Roepke, 1957) are described for the first time.

Two new species of the damselfly genus Euphaea Selys, 1840 (Odonata: Euphaeidae) are described from the Western Ghats of Satara District, Maharashtra, distinguished by their distinct morphology and coloration. E. thosegharensis Sadasivan & Bhakare sp. nov. is similar to E. cardinalis (Fraser, 1924), but is distinguished by the extensor and flexor surface of all femora black while all femora bright red in E. cardinalis; apical fourth of Hw black while apical half of Hw black in E. cardinalis; genae reddish-orange, black in E. cardinalis; a tuft of sparse stub black hair on either side of tergite of S9 while both S8 and S9 with tufts of long ventral hairs in E. cardinalis.  Male genital vesicle matt black, with distal border rounded angles, while vesicle black and hexagonal in shape with rounded angles in E. cardinalis and S9 twice the length of S10, while S9 and S10 of equal length in E. cardinalis. E. pseudodispar Sadasivan & Bhakare sp. nov., is very close to E. dispar (Rambur, 1842), but is differentiated easily by the absence of yellow patch on legs as in E. dispar; only apical fifth of Hw black; genae being yellowish-white, while black in E. dispar; male genital vesicle brownish-black & rhomboid-shaped and with no transverse rugosities while black with distal border rounded and with fine transverse rugosities in E. dispar; penis with single seta on each side while E. dispar has three pairs; sternite of S9 very prominently extending ventrally like a beak in comparison with E. dispar.  We have identified additional morphological characters useful in taxonomy of Euphaea of the Western Ghats for example, tufts of ventral hairs on terminal abdominal segments genital vesicle, penile structure of males and sternite of S9 in the males, and vulvar scales of females.  A taxonomic key to all known species of genus Euphaea of the Western Ghats is also provided.

Two new species of Gelechiidae:Ephysteriskullbergisp. n.from Tuva (Russia) andEphysterisustjuzhaninisp. n.from Mongolia are described. In both species the hindwings in both sexes are distinctly reduced. The adults and genitalia are illustrated. Brachyptery in Gelechiidae andEphysterisis briefly discussed, and type locality ofE.kullbergisp. n.is illustrated. The locomotion ofE.kullbergisp. n.is described.

The female of Phonotimpus separatus Gertsch & Davis (the type species of the genus) is redescribed from a specimen collected at the type locality, and two new species of Phonotimpus from Mexico are described: P. pennimani sp. nov. and P. talquian sp. nov. A more detailed description of P. separatus is provided to better distinguish them from related taxa. The two new species are closely related; males and females of both species share several somatic and genitalic characters not found in P. separatus. The resemblance of both new species to P. separatus is discussed.

We describe two new species of the millipede genus Riukiaria from two islands of the Ryukyu Archipelago: R. maculata sp. n. from Tane-ga-shima, northern Ryukyus, and R. mundyi sp. n. from Yonaguni-jima, the southwesternmost member of the Yaeyama Island Group. Both species show the simple forceps-like male gonopod structure typical for the genus, but they are readily distinguishable from other members by their unique color patterns. We have also compiled a list of species in the genus described up to now.

A new genus, Stictotettix gen. nov. and two new species of Dikraneurini, S. cleyerae sp. nov. and S. morishimai sp. nov., are described and illustrated, based on the specimens from Japan. This new genus is unique in the male genital features of the aedeagal atrium. The two new species live on pentaphylacacean trees, Cleyera japonica and Eurya japonica, respectively.
