Abstract The Barsine perpallida-B. yuennanensis species-group is reviewed. Six new species, B. biformis Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (North Thailand and North Vietnam), B. laszloi Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (Nepal), B. hausmanni Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (North Thailand), B. andromeda Volynkin, Černý & Huang, sp. nov. (China: Shaanxi and Sichuan), B. eurydice Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (North Vietnam), and B. dao Volynkin, Černý & Huang, sp. nov. (North Vietnam and China: Yunnan), are described. All species treated are subdivided into five subgroups: B. biformis, B. perpallida, B. flavicollis, B. hausmanni, and B. yuennanensis subgroups. Four new combinations are established: Barsine hololeuca (Hampson, 1895), comb. nov., B. ruficollis (Fang, 1991), comb. nov., Barsine nigrovena (Fang, 2000), comb. nov. (all three from Miltochrista Hübner, [1819]), and B. flavicollis (Moore, 1878), comb. nov. (from Mahavira Moore, 1878). A lectotype for Mahavira flavicollis Moore, 1878 is designated. One new synonymy is established: B. perpallida (Hampson, 1900) = Diacrisia porthesioides Rothschild, 1910, syn. nov. Adults, male and female genitalia of all species are illustrated.

The generic group names Cymella Felder, 1874 and Myclela Watson, Fletcher & Nye, 1980 are excluded from the subtribe Nudariina and synonymized with the nominate subgenus of the genus Stigmatophora Staudinger, 1881 belonging to the subtribe Endrosiina. The type species of Cymella and Myclela, Cymella congerens Felder, 1874 is synonymized with the nominate subspecies of Stigmatophora (Stigmatophora) rhodophila (Walker, [1865]). The type locality of Cymella congerens is designated as Shanghai (E China). Two taxa previously treated as synonyms of S. congerens are upgraded to the species level and left in the genus Miltochrista Hübner, [1819]: Miltochrista artocarpi (Moore, 1878), stat. nov. and Miltochrista roseogrisea (Rothschild, 1913), stat. nov. The genus Asuropsis Matsumura, 1927 is excluded from the synonymy of Miltochrista and synonymized with the nominate subgenus of the genus Stigmatophora. The new combination is established: Stigmatophora (Stigmatophora) ranruna (Matsumura, 1927), comb. nov. A new species, Stigmatophora (Stigmatophora) cernyi Volynkin, sp. n. is described from North Thailand and Southwest China. Adults of both sexes of all the species mentioned and their genitalia are illustrated.

The new genus Anabelcia gen. n. (Type species Belciana kala Prout, 1924) is separated from the heterogeneous complex called“Belciana” (sensu auctorum) and described here. Four new combinations are introduced by transferring four species to the genus Anabelcia: A. kala (Prout, 1924) (Belciana) comb. n., A. nepalensis (Haruta, 1993) (Belciana) comb. n., stat. rev., A. siitanae (Remm, 1983) (Belciana) comb. n. and A. staudingeri (Leech, 1900) (Polydesma) comb. n. The status of the subspecies Anabelcia kala nepalensis (Haruta, 1993) is is changed, the taxon is upgraded to full species (stat. n.). Two new species, A. thai sp. n. and A. taiwana sp. n. are described. The imagines, male and female genitalia of all species of Anabelcia are illustrated. A new definition for the genus Moribaetis Waltz & McCafferty 1985 is given. Its type species, Moribaetis maculipennis (Flowers 1979) is redescribed based on male and female imagoes reared from larvae near the type locality in Panama. Larvae, formerly wrongly attributed to Moribaetis salvini (Eaton 1885), and a male imago, formerly wrongly attributed to Moribaetis macaferti Waltz 1985, belong to a new species Moribaetis latipennis sp. n., which is described here based on a male imago reared from larva in Panama. Both species, M. maculipennis and M. latipennis sp. n., are distinct from M. salvini, which is known as a single male imago (lectotype) from Costa Rica. All other species, formerly attributed to Moribaetis, are excluded from this genus; a new combination Caribaetis macaferti comb. n. is proposed for the species originally described as Moribaetis macaferti Waltz (in Waltz & McCafferty) 1985, and a new combination Baetis (Rhodobaetis) mimbresaurus comb. n. is proposed for the species originally described as Moribaetis mimbresaurus McCafferty 2007.

In the present paper, two new species, Barsine persephone Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (N Thailand and N Vietnam), and Barsine asotoida Volynkin & Černý, sp. nov. (SW China and N Myanmar) are described. A new combination is established: Barsine specialis (Fang, 1991), comb. nov. Both new species belong to the Barsine prominens (Moore, 1878) species-group, and, as well as B. specialis have unusual for the genus dark brown forewing coloration. Adult, male and female genitalia are illustrated.
