AbstractFor the purpose of this article, we introduce a modified form of a generalized system of variational inclusions, called the generalized system of modified variational inclusion problems (GSMVIP). This problem reduces to the classical variational inclusion and variational inequalities problems. Motivated by several recent results related to the subgradient extragradient method, we propose a new subgradient extragradient method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of GSMVIP and the set of a finite family of variational inequalities problems. Under suitable assumptions, strong convergence theorems have been proved in the framework of a Hilbert space. In addition, some numerical results indicate that the proposed method is effective.

The purpose of this paper is to study the convergence analysis of an intermixed algorithm for finding the common element of the set of solutions of split monotone variational inclusion problem (SMIV) and the set of a finite family of variational inequality problems. Under the suitable assumption, a strong convergence theorem has been proved in the framework of a real Hilbert space. In addition, by using our result, we obtain some additional results involving split convex minimization problems (SCMPs) and split feasibility problems (SFPs). Also, we give some numerical examples for supporting our main theorem.

We present a hybrid iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a finite family of generalized mixed equilibrium problems, the set of solutions of a finite family of variational inequalities for inverse strong monotone mappings, the set of fixed points of an infinite family of nonexpansive mappings, and the set of solutions of a variational inclusion in a real Hilbert space. Furthermore, we prove that the proposed hybrid iterative algorithm has strong convergence under some mild conditions imposed on algorithm parameters. Here, our hybrid algorithm is based on Korpelevič’s extragradient method, hybrid steepest-descent method, and viscosity approximation method.

A new general system of variational inequalities in a real Hilbert space is introduced and studied. The solution of this system is shown to be a fixed point of a nonexpansive mapping. We also introduce a hybrid projection algorithm for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a new general system of variational inequalities, the set of solutions of a mixed equilibrium problem, and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping in a real Hilbert space. Several strong convergence theorems of the proposed hybrid projection algorithm are established by using the demiclosedness principle. Our results extend and improve recent results announced by many others.

We present a projection algorithm for finding a solution of a variational inclusion problem in a real Hilbert space. Furthermore, we prove that the proposed iterative algorithm converges strongly to a solution of the variational inclusion problem which also solves some variational inequality.

We propose implicit and explicit iterative algorithms for finding a common element of the set of solutions of the minimization problem for a convex and continuously Fréchet differentiable functional, the set of solutions of a finite family of generalized mixed equilibrium problems, and the set of solutions of a finite family of variational inequalities for inverse strong monotone mappings in a real Hilbert space. We prove that the sequences generated by the proposed algorithms converge strongly to a common element of three sets, which is the unique solution of a variational inequality defined over the intersection of three sets under very mild conditions.

We introduce and analyze a relaxed iterative algorithm by combining Korpelevich’s extragradient method, hybrid steepest-descent method, and Mann’s iteration method. We prove that, under appropriate assumptions, the proposed algorithm converges strongly to a common element of the fixed point set of infinitely many nonexpansive mappings, the solution set of finitely many generalized mixed equilibrium problems (GMEPs), the solution set of finitely many variational inclusions, and the solution set of general system of variational inequalities (GSVI), which is just a unique solution of a triple hierarchical variational inequality (THVI) in a real Hilbert space. In addition, we also consider the application of the proposed algorithm for solving a hierarchical variational inequality problem with constraints of finitely many GMEPs, finitely many variational inclusions, and the GSVI. The results obtained in this paper improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.

We introduce a new iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of common fixed point of a finite family ofk-strictly pseudo-contractive nonself-mappings. Strong convergence theorems are established in a real Hilbert space under some suitable conditions. Our theorems presented in this paper improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.

The primary objective of this study is to introduce two novel extragradient-type iterative schemes for solving variational inequality problems in a real Hilbert space. The proposed iterative schemes extend the well-known subgradient extragradient method and are used to solve variational inequalities involving the pseudomonotone operator in real Hilbert spaces. The proposed iterative methods have the primary advantage of using a simple mathematical formula for step size rule based on operator information rather than the Lipschitz constant or another line search method. Strong convergence results for the suggested iterative algorithms are well-established for mild conditions, such as Lipschitz continuity and mapping monotonicity. Finally, we present many numerical experiments that show the effectiveness and superiority of iterative methods.
