Aiming at the problems of homogeneity, simplification and low cultural recognition of Tibetan cultural and creative products, design and application research are carried out in combination with prototype theory. Firstly, we determine the target product through fieldwork, and analyze the existing products in the market. Then through the analysis of Tibetan culture, using product semantic methods, we extract the pattern elements that match the semantic of the target product, and determine the design prototype. Finally, combining the prototype theory, we analyse of the design prototype to inspire the design, complete the innovative design of the product. Practice has shown that the use of prototype theory for product design can accurately identify Tibetan cultural symbols and excavate cultural connotations to promote the spread and development of Tibetan culture.

In this paper, the design and application of smart wheelchair and charging station for disabled citizen is realized. The first stage of the paper is to make the wheelchair used by our disabled citizens able to access smart home technology via the vehicle via touch screen. The ability of citizens with disabilities to call with direct access via touch screen is also in the wheelchair designed. Thanks to the touch screen placed on the vehicle, disabled citizens are provided with the control of smart automation to control many objects such as curtains and doors in the home. In the second part of the paper, a solar powered charging station is designed and installed in order to charge battery powered wheelchairs. In the charging station made a special card reader system and has the charger to charge the card with disabilities to actively and means are provided.

The Lovell Health House (1927–1929) by Richard Neutra for Dr. Phillip Lovell and his wife, Leah Lovell, was a turning point in modern architecture. The house not only carried out Phillip Lovell’s principles of healthy living, it also incorporated a school conducted along the progressive educational theories embraced by Leah Lovell. This article identifies the educational features in Neutra’s plan. Interviews with one of the last remaining students of the school shed light on the students and faculty and how the design served the school’s curriculum. Neutra’s innovative design accommodating the progressive educational program at the Lovell Health House belongs in any discussion of the later school designs for which he won lasting acclaim.

Innovative technologies are being developed to make current ablation procedures safer and easier. Sometimes conventional ablation catheters cannot easily adapt to anatomical targets, making radiofrequency applications challenging, time consuming or even ineffective. The Cool Flex is a novel, flexible and fully-irrigated tip catheter with an innovative design and various angular orientations to better adapt the ablation tip to the surrounding tissue. Here, peliminary experience with this new ablation catheter is reported in the treatment of different tachyarrhythmias, including slow and accessory pathway ablation, cavotricuspid isthmus-dependent atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation. One or two radiofreqency applications may be sufficient to eliminate the arrhythmogenic substrate in most patients without complications.
