A new strategy is reported here to stabilize the excited electrons within QDs using-conjugated ligand. An electron delocalized field is formed by mixing the LUMO energy levels of π-conjugated ligand with conductive band-edge energy (Ecb) of CdTe QDs, which will supply the excited electron with a more stable environment.

To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must adhere to the leadership of the CPC. The nature and purpose of the Party determine that only by adhering to the leadership of the CPC can we organize and mobilize the people, create a stable environment, and finally achieve the glorious goal of people's happiness. Guided by Marxism, the CPC constantly promotes theoretical innovation, which can gather the ideological consensus of realizing national rejuvenation. The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics led by the CPC is the only way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

A coming ‘Age of Interdependent Forms’ seems destined to mark the success of what could be called ‘despecialized/interspecific fitness’ among neotenic strains (perpetuating juvenile traits) of species such as humans and domestic animals. Humans as well as the first domesticants underwent a neotenic evolution in the wild during the repeated interglacial periods which, acting on a number of mammalian forms, selected against adult species-specific ancestral adaptations to a stable environment. Neotenic species continue to look and behave more like ancestral youths than adults—even after sexual maturity and throughout their life-history. As they retain lifelong youthful dependency motivations, they can easily, under suitable conditions, become interdependent forms. By the time of melting of the last Pleistocene glacier, all the domestic partners had already become more dependency-prone than formerly, and were behaviourally despecialized enough to form the alliance that is now changing the order of Nature.

In this address to magistrates, Winnicott discusses how crime produces public feelings of revenge. The normal child, helped by his own home, grows a capacity to control himself. In between the extremes of normal and antisocial ill children are children who can still achieve a belief in stability if a continuous experience of control by loving persons is provided. Winnicott refers to the wartime experience of belated provision of a stable environment for children deprived of home life in the hostels for evacuated children, especially those who were difficult to billet. For children deprived of home life, personal psychotherapy is directed towards enabling the child to complete his or her emotional development.
