This paper aims at introducing some theoretical and first analytical reflections on the possible implications or directions that the Chinese foreign policy under the premises of Socialism with Chinese characteristics to Brazil could have in the agricultural sector. The underlying hypothesis it intends to explore is that, although incipient, the international trade on primary commodities, specifically on food, may offer room to reframe the implications that models such as the dependency theory point out as a challenge to balanced tradeoffs in the Latin American context. The theoretical analysis offers an initial approach to the interconnections between socialism's international political economy with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese South-South cooperation. Afterward, it places the debate in Brazil's peasantry movement by exploring its correlation with the agribusiness sector and food security, discussing threats and potentialities for alternatives to trade cooperation under a capitalist framework.

The article analyses the main directions and paths of Chinese modernisation, the features of the US’ opposition to it, it is concluded that the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics creates a new world situation in which new socio-economic civilisational foundations can create a society of socialist orientation. It is noted that Deng Xiaoping, without holding any government posts, being only the chairman of the CPC Central Committee’s Defense Committee, led the process of Chinese modernisation, which brought China to the forefront of scientific, technological and social progress in the world. The author argues that the basis of Chinese success is the Leninist formula of the NEP – the use of private entrepreneurship under the control of a socialist state in order to develop at an accelerated rate of social wealth in the amount necessary to meet the basic life needs of its citizens. The path of China was fraught with many unsuccessful and tragic experiments, therefore the current socio-economic leap forward in civilisation is an unprecedented event in world history. The implementation of goals and objectives of such a global scale will make serious changes in the world order, and require a new political philosophy. The success of socialism with Chinese characteristics within the country, as well as in programs to support the progressive development of countries and peoples of the world ready for cooperation, allows us to give a cautious optimistic assessment of the future Chinese perspective. And this, according to the author, is today a clear threat to the tasks and goals of American domination in the world.

As an artist, Njoo Cheong Seng (writer, playwright, film producer, and director) made efforts to respond to colonial discourse through his works and activities from the mid-1920s to the 1940s. His responses manifested in the forms of resistance and counter discourse. This paper seeks to explore the ideas and forms expressed in the counter discourse by Njoo Cheong Seng, an artist of Chinese Indonesian ethnicity. The perspective applied in this research is the postcolonial approach, particularly with regard to the concepts of hybridity and resistance. The deconstructive reading framework interpretation method was applied to determine the opposing relationship between the colonised and the coloniser discourses. The results show that Njoo Cheong Seng supported the movement to restore Chinese characteristics as a form of cultural resistance to the idea of Dutch colonial liberalism. The strategy that he used seemed to support the colonial discourse while simultaneously masking the hybridity that he promoted through ideas such as cultural nationalism. In addition, Njoo Cheong Seng and other similar collective artists developed a strategy that seemed to be of a puritan nature; however, it was, in fact, a simultaneous hybridity that consistently responded to modernity values. Njoo Cheong Seng actually opposed modernity born of liberalism. Essentially, he opposed the concept of the human as the centre of everything, or anthropocentrism.

With the gradual and complete establishment of the current socialist legal market economy management system with Chinese characteristics and the continuous investment in deepening system reform and continuous improvement in the later period, the social financial industry and corporate financial management have gradually increased their risk awareness of corporate financial management. This paper deeply analyzes and studies the statistical methods of financial data-related legal rule interactive mining and proposes a new improved statistical algorithm of financial-related legal rules, which greatly improves the work efficiency of financial data interactive mining. At the same time, a multilevel analysis model based on the concept of corporate financial crisis risk assessment and a corporate financial crisis risk early-warning analysis model for decision-making risk evaluation are proposed. Finally, it can be determined how to choose more internationally representative corporate financial management risk analysis indicators, which have more objectivity and practical application significance than traditional analysis methods. Finally, it is concluded that the accuracy of this model is better than that of other models. The accuracy rate of financial crisis prediction reached 62.35%.
