In order to solve the waste which is generated from the recycled asphalt pavement overhaul again, this paper puts forward the idea of secondary reclaimed asphalt mixture. Through analysis the performance index of secondary reclaimed asphalt mixture and with comparison the road performance of the asphalt mixture after different recycled times,we found that, as long as mixed with the right amount of regenerative agent, the road performance index of secondary recycled asphalt mixture can be recovered to the use standard. However, with the increasing of the asphalt aged times, the declining rate of road performances of reclaimed asphalt mixture are increasing.

This paper mainly used the Superpave and the Marshall design methods to design the mix ratio of the hot mix plant recycled asphalt mixture. The road performance of AC-20, SUP-20 with 30% RAP content and AC-20 with 50% RAP content was studied to evaluate the water stability and high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the recycled asphalt mixture. Research shows that the road performance of AC-20 mixed with 50% RAP content meets the technical requirements of the same type of asphalt mixture. It is recommended to use the Marshall design method for hot mix plant recycled asphalt mixture design.

Through the research of different separation and regeneration aggregate content, different types of regenerative high temperature stability, low temperature performance and water stability performance of asphalt mixture comprehensively, the results show that: with the increase of recycled aggregate content, improves the high temperature properties of recycled asphalt mixture, low temperature performance and water stability are reduced, the admixture when regeneration aggregate is 20 ~ 25%, recycled asphalt mixture has good road performance. Key words: road engineering;waste asphalt mixture;separation and regeneration aggregate;road performance

Abstract Different binder content to RAP Regeneration SBS modified asphalt mixture for road performance to SBS modified asphalt (I-D type) as an index, determine the optimum dose of new heat regenerating agent and different RAP regeneration, and prepared different recycled asphalt, which have differences in RAP content. The performance of recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP content was evaluated by freeze-thaw splitting test. Rut test and Low temperature trabecular bending test. The correlation between RAP content and pavement performance was analyzed by grey system correlation analysis method. According to the experimental verification results, it can be known that increasing the content of RAP material can improve the high-temperature performance of reclaimed asphalt, but will result in a qualitative decrease in low-temperature performance and water temperature, but the above-mentioned performance can reach the required level, Shows that new heat regenerators play a role in the road performance of RAP materials, and for the RAP material utilization ratio of more than 50%, as for the gray correlation analysis, it can be found that there is a close correlation between the low-temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture and the content of RAP material. The low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt mixtures will change significantly due to the slight changes in RAP materials.

Expansion joints are a weak and fragile part of bridge superstructure. The damage or failure of the expansion joint will lead to the decline of bridge durability and endanger the bridge structure and traffic safety. To improve the service life and performance of bridge expansion joints, the ideal method is to use seamless expansion joints. In this study, starting from the commonly used asphalt mixture gradation of seamless expansion joint, and taking into account the actual situation of bridge expansion joint structure and environment in China, the gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio are preliminarily designed. Through a Marshall test, the corresponding asphalt mixture is evaluated and analyzed according to the stability, flow value, and void ratio, and the optimal gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio are determined. Finally, the asphalt mixture is prepared with the mixture ratio design, and the test results of an immersion Marshall test, fatigue performance test, and full-scale test verify that the asphalt mixture meets the road performance requirements of seamless expansion joints. On the basis of the experimental data, the performance of large sample asphalt mixture is continuously tested, compared, and optimized. The results show that the asphalt mixture ratio designed is true and reliable, which can provide reference for the optimal design of seamless expansion joint filler.
