The article discusses modern approaches to reports on the sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The components of the sustainable development reports are presented in the article on the example of the reports of Rosneft , a socially responsible company that consistently implements its policy aimed at the integrated socio-economic development of the company’s activities. As a leader in the oil and gas industry, the company remains committed to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and the core principles of the UN Global Compact.

The recovery of labour resources became a topicality of our study. The purpose of the study was the identification and justification the specific conditions for the reproduction of labour resources of a transnational industrial corporation. In the presented research was used the identification of typical problems characteristic of labour resources reproduction of the industrial sector of national economies, as well as the unification of the conditions for reproduction of labour resources, determined by international rules for socially responsible business. And the conditions for the reproduction of labour resources are presented such as: the formation of values of responsible leadership based on the principles of the UN Global Compact; commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals in supporting the reproduction of labour resources; development of interaction with stakeholders.

Social responsibility of business takes a special place in the terms of modern development strategy of the economy of Ukraine. This responsibility suggests such direction of the enterprise activity, which takes into account not only the personal interests of the company, but also the needs of society. The continuation of European integration processes, the exit of companies into international markets require from the business entities appropriate openness and transparency, coverage of the goals of achieving the goal of the enterprise, the tools at which such a goal is achieved. The multidimensional nature of links, which are arising during the operational activity, leads to the existence of significant impact on the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Issues of corporate social responsibility of public-interest enterprises, which, in particular, are part of the oil and gas industry, are of particular relevance. The article analyses the current state of carrying out socially responsible activity at foreign and domestic enterprises of the oil and gas industry. The components of corporate social responsibility and their impact on the enterprise` functioning and on satisfaction of social needs are investigated. The socially responsible activity has positive nature, however, at the same time, there are certain barriers of the strategy` implementation within the framework of the mentioned activity, among which financing is a key issue that requires the enterprise to properly plan and analyse the costs of socially responsible doing business. The need for planning and evaluating corporate social responsibility programs is highlighted in the article. Using the example of gas transportation enterprise, the SWOT-analysis as an instrument of obtaining information for justified decision-making is reviewed.

In recent years, the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan has been developing very fast, and oil and gas production has grown significantly. Uzbekistan achieved oil independence. Natural gas fields in the Republic are being exported to foreign countries as well as satisfying the needs of all types of industrial enterprises and population. Growth of oil and gas extraction is achieved by opening up of new oil and gas constructions and fields, increasing the efficiency of mining operations, and applying new methods of increasing the level of resource utilization. Determining the ultimate goal of socio-economic transformations in our country is the starting point of the current reform strategy. At the same time, the focus is on ensuring the dynamic development of the fuel and energy complex, increasing oil and gas extraction and processing, and gaining energy independence of the republic. LUKOIL is one of the world's largest vertically -Integrated companies engaged in the extraction and processing of oil and gas, manufacturing of petroleum products and petrochemicals. The main areas of its activity, the Company holds a leading position in the Russian and global markets.

The article presents the author’s approach to the formation of corporate reporting of public companies using the example of the oil and gas industry. The key risks of sustainable development are disclosed that correspond to the interests of various significant groups of the company’s stakeholders. The approbation results of a typical corporate reporting model for oil and gas companies in the Petrolimex report (Vietnam) are presented.
