Reviews or comments that users leave on social media have great importance for companies and business entities. New product ideas can be evaluated based on customer reactions. However, this use of social media is complicated by those who post spam on social media in the form of reviews and comments. Designing methodologies to automatically detect and block social media spam is complicated by the fact that spammers continuously develop new ways to leave their spam comments. Researchers have proposed several methods to detect English spam reviews. However, few studies have been conducted to detect Arabic spam reviews. This article proposes a keyword-based method for detecting Arabic spam reviews. Keywords or Features are subsets of words from the original text that are labelled as important. A term's weight, Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) matrix, and filter methods (such as information gain, chi-squared, deviation, correlation, and uncertainty) have been used to extract keywords from Arabic text. The method proposed in this article detects Arabic spam in Facebook comments. The dataset consists of 3,000 Arabic comments extracted from Facebook pages. Four different machine learning algorithms are used in the detection process, including C4.5, kNN, SVM, and Naïve Bayes classifiers. The results show that the Decision Tree classifier outperforms the other classification algorithms, with a detection accuracy of 92.63%.

In contemporary Russian practices, mentoring is a multifaceted innovative 'human resource technology' aimed at developing professional skills and corporate competencies, as well as systematic and targeted participation in professional development of employees who have insufficient work experience or have difficulties in mastering new technologies and work techniques. Today, the institution of mentoring is an open industrial, educational and social space where the mentor transfers not only readymade ways to solve production problems, but also teaches how to use available intellectual and material resources. Although the mentoring process in its traditional sense does not require large financial investments, most business entities, industrial enterprises and companies are more actively using training, coaching techniques and various forms of internships, which are valuable forms of professional development of employees, but, as our research has shown, they do not have the potential that the targeted on-the-job mentoring possesses. With all the variety of forms and programmes of mentoring activities, there is a clear lack of innovative ideas aimed at improving its efficiency, which fully applies to the mentoring of students who take their work placements during vocational education, which is the subject of the research presented in this article. The literature and research studies do not fully analyse the potential of the third mission of universities regarding the issue of targeted mentoring aimed at more proactive and advanced applied training of graduates, capable of responding to "the great challenges". The article highlights the mentoring models used in foreign companies, which are similar to the types of mentoring technologies successfully implemented by Russian enterprises.

Abstract The importance and contribution of derivative litigation to the effectiveness and credibility of a jurisdiction's corporate governance system is indisputable. There is a positive correlation between good corporate governance practices, which include shareholders’ rights, and investors’ return on their investments. On the one hand, an overly pro-shareholder derivative scheme is vulnerable to abuse and results in unnecessary interference with company management. This may, in turn, discourage directors from entrepreneurial risk-taking and undermine enterprise efficiency. On the other hand, a complex and ineffective system of derivative litigation protects errant directors and decreases investor confidence. This article is a critical assessment of Zimbabwe's recently adopted statutory derivative remedy. The analysis focuses on five locus standi-related aspects of the new statutory derivative regime. The article highlights some major weaknesses within Zimbabwe's statutory remedy and proposes pertinent legislative amendments.

The article attempts to tackle theoretical and methodological issues related to enhanced understanding of the nature of enterprise financial security as well as the use and the selection of research and methodological tools for its evaluation. An emphasis is put that in the current vulnerable economic environment, domestic enterprises are greatly challenged by a wide range of risks and threats caused by a number of negative effects from external and internal factors. It is argued that the lack of argument and consistency in building a robust financial security framework for business entities might translate into a drop in revenues and profits, loss of liquidity, solvency and financial independence, along with spurring unreasonable amounts of receivables and payables and, consequently, triggering a crisis situation. The purpose of this research is to explore modern analytical, financial, economic and statistical tools to assess the enterprise financial security and to enclose its advantages, disadvantages and applicability in the financial management context. Within the scope of this research, the enterprise financial security is viewed as a particular enterprise state characterized by the most efficient use of resources, profitability, and financial stability which acting together contribute to gaining a successful business performance, eliminating the negative effects from external and internal destabilizing factors over an indefinite period of time. According to the research findings, to assess the enterprise financial security, it is suggested employing a research and methodological toolkit based on the cash flow analysis, evaluation of financial stability, financial indicators, resource-based and functional approach, as well as implementation of integrated indicators. The conclusions of the study resume that given the different criteria and indicators embedded in different approaches (each of them having its pros and cons), to render a comprehensive and informative analysis, using a number of approaches to assess the level of enterprise financial security sounds reasonable enough and thus is strongly recommended.
