The Scientific research projects has encountered severe problems in procurements of supply for research projects in Egypt. Despite the huge number of scientific researches projects annually. The cost of scientific research projects is so high and it has a lot of elements in their supply chains. Due to this, it becomes almost impossible to keep track of each and every record in traditional ways. The lack of transparency and increased cost of projects lead to some of scientific researches not turn into a final product and facing many problems. This paper proposed a logical framework for enhancing the supply of scientific research projects using Blockchain. by analyzing the previous works in Blockchain & Smart Contract, Blockchain & e-commerce, Blockchain & Procurement, and Blockchain & Tender. The researcher built the research point from this analyzing. Using Blockchain in Procurements and Blockchain in Tenders as a method for Build a Framework for effectively lead to increase security, minimize delays in paperwork and increase the transparency and quality assurance.

The European integration of the Republic of Moldova can be facilitated by the alignment of organizations, including research institutes and laboratories, with good practices recognized at the international level, many of them being described in documents prepared by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). For scientific research activities carried out in laboratories, such practices are described in the ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 standard „General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”. The paper represents a synthesis of the quality assurance methods in the research and development activity carried out in the scientific research laboratories, offered by the above standard. The approaches of the standard on the primary conditions that can ensure valid results to meet the requirements and expectations of the beneficiaries of research results are described, so as to obtain and maintain long-term confidence of all stakeholders in laboratory work and scientific truth obtained in experimental research.

This study discusses the evaluation of the professor’s performance in the field of teaching, scientific research, and community service depending on the quality assurance standards from their point of view. The purpose is also to show the indication of differences in the level of performance according to the variables of sex, academic level, and the faculty where they work. For this study, the descriptive method is used. The sample study contains (185) faculty members in the University of SETIF (02) for the school year (2019/2020), where a questionnaire is designed and is formed of (45) points divided into three units: (teaching, scientific research, and community service). The «Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences» (SPSS) is used for data processing. The findings show that the level of performance for the faculty members in the fields of teaching, sci-research, and community service depending on the quality assurance standards is normal/medium. The study also shows that there are no significant differences in the level of teacher's performance in the (3) previous domains due to the variable of sex and faculty of specialization. Whereas there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of the academic level in the domain of scientific research for university teachers. Keywords: Evaluation, Performance, University Professor, Quality Assurance, Standards.

If we make a set of measurements, such as narrow-band or multicolour photo-electric measurements, which are designed to improve a scheme of classification, and in particular if they are designed to extend the number of dimensions of classification, i.e. the number of classification parameters, then some important problems of analytical procedure arise. First, it is important not to reproduce the errors of the classification scheme which we are trying to improve. Second, when trying to extend the number of dimensions of classification we have little or nothing with which to test the validity of the new parameters.Problems similar to these have occurred in other areas of scientific research (notably psychology and education) and the branch of Statistics called Multivariate Analysis has been developed to deal with them. The techniques of this subject are largely unknown to astronomers, but, if carefully applied, they should at the very least ensure that the astronomer gets the maximum amount of information out of his data and does not waste his time looking for information which is not there. More optimistically, these techniques are potentially capable of indicating the number of classification parameters necessary and giving specific formulas for computing them, as well as pinpointing those particular measurements which are most crucial for determining the classification parameters.
