Accreditation is a fundamental part in primary healthcare (PHC) systems. The purpose behind this paper is to review the literature and track down the most appropriate PHC accreditation models and norms, around the world, and to set up a complete and fair outline from looking at these models. Finding that it is less likely to be independent, and more likely to be associated with government for the accreditation programs in developing countries, where they are distinguishable from those of developed countries, the differences between countries and agencies relate to the inclusion of patients/users, managers, patient or advocacy organizations, academic organizations and professional colleges. This review has identified that the most potential comprehensive reference program or model for the development of nation accreditation programs is the JCAHO program.

The final stage of university formation at any level (BA, MA, PhD) represents a very important turning point in the student’s path, as it constitutes a transition bridge for the student from one position to a better position, and in which the student’s personality is built in its various cognitive and skills aspects. The outputs of the stage are considered the most important inputs in the university educational process for a more advanced stage. Our study comes to shed light on the process of supervising the graduation notes from the point of view of the graduation students of the Faculty of Economic, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arereig, considering this stage is one of the most important approaches to achieving the quality of university education outputs, and coming up with recommendations that increase interest in this aspect. In order to improve the level of manpower working in this institution, especially the teaching component, which is the university professor, the quality of university training is mainly related to its quality, as it is considered the most important element or key in the quality of higher education, which contributes to providing distinguished services. At the end of the study, we aim to reach the most prominent challenges and difficulties that students face during the supervision process in order to improve the process in the future and thus improve the educational process outcomes.

The aim of this study is to derive the criteria for the final image of the Wexler scale, the Jordanian image of children's intelligence for pre-school and primary school for the age group 4 - 6.5 years. The study population consists of all children in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the age group 4 - 6.5 years. The sample of the study consisted of (1491) tests distributed by gender, age group, special education groups and the area of residence for the years 2016-2019, who were chosen in a stratified randomized manner, as the study tool was used, which is the Wexler scale of children's intelligence for pre-school, the Jordanian image. The indications of the validity of the scale were reached through the validity of the content and the correlative validity, as the correlation coefficient between the Wexler-Binet scale of intelligence reached the Jordanian image (0.71) and the illustrated IQ scale (0.72). Factor analysis found that there are two factors (verbal, performance) explain (50.98) of the total variance. As for the results of the discriminatory honesty, it showed statistically significant differences between ordinary children and special education groups in favor of ordinary children. The results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences according to the age group and in favor of older age. There were also indications of the stability of the scale by the half-segmentation method and the stability by the internal consistency method, where the reliability coefficients ranged between (0.86 - 0.89) for the sub-measures and (0.92) for the total degree. The criteria for the final image of the scale were also derived by converting the raw score to a weighted score for the sub-tests and then to a mean deviation intelligence ratio of 100 and its deviation 15. The study recommended the use of the Wexler scale in evaluating children for pre-school and primary school and taking appropriate decisions.
