Nowadays we can run across various applications of modern technologies in all areas of social life. One of these applications is also an eye tracking technology that helps to answer questions related to human-computer interaction. Through the eye tracking technology we have tried to find out how primary school students perceive well-known comics characters with whom they come into contact through various information and communication technologies. Such a study is important in order to determine to which superhero characteristics children tend to be more inclined. Another reason why we decided to focus on this research is that there are currently no publications dealing with the issue. The main conclusion drawn from this research is the fact that primary school students are mainly interested in the positive characters of superheroes, but there are some other features that influence the perception of children, for example the colourful appearance of the character or the interesting equipment the character uses.

The article is devoted to the educational and developmental potential of information and communication technologies for the formation of understanding of music in primary school students at the music lesson. Psychological characteristics of younger school age – inquisitiveness, emotionality, mental activity, immediacy, openness, trustworthiness, their belief in the undeniable authority of the teacher and willingness to fulfill any of his tasks are favorable conditions for affirmation of broad social motives at this age responsibility, understanding of the need for training etc. The possibility of a teacher in music lessons using various computer programs: MIDI, Musical Instruments Digital Interface, Garage Band, FlexiMusic Composer, FL Studio, Finale, Sibelius. The use of modern computer technology in music lessons in primary school makes learning bright, unforgettable, interesting for the student, contributing to the formation of cognitive skills in students, forming an emotional-positive attitude to the arts. After all, the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom increases the level of understanding of music in primary school students. Various and multifaceted psychological and pedagogical tasks of informatization of the educational process in primary school students are highlighted, namely: development of communication skills; correction of mental and emotional states; development of the emotional sphere of the child's personality; formation of selfpresentation skills; setting up an emotionally-supportive atmosphere in the classroom. The use of information and communication technologies in music lessons contributes to the educational and development potential of primary school students to form an understanding of music, namely: motivation; individualization and differentiation; cognitive development of the child; forming a culture of educational activity and information culture. Thus, the problem of educational and development potential of primary school students by means of information and communication technologies does not lose its relevance. The introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process for forming the understanding of music in primary school students in a music lesson is a complex process that is caused by individual psychological characteristics, personal experience, emotional and sensual sphere. The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the learning of primary school students, as assessed by ICT coordinators of the schools in Andalusia (a network already considered by the Spanish Educational Administration as ICT centres). For this, a total of 34 ICT coordinators from various primary education centres in Andalusia participated. With the objective of knowing the scope of the policies that are carried out, as well as determining the true incidence of ICT in the classroom – not only as a tool, but also as a way of teaching – a questionnaire was created and validated for the coordinators TIC. The results indicated that (a) the use by ICT teachers in the classroom is still reduced and (b) the lack of training received by teachers, as well as scarce technological resources, are the main barriers to attaining a higher use of ICT in the didactic process. The findings suggest that integral and transversal insertion of ICTs in the classroom should be priority objectives in deriving optimal curricular development in for primary school students.

This article propose a didactic, through games, tool based on information and communication technologies, in order to eliminate possible communication barriers and to promote the inclusion of students with hearing impairment in Physical Education classes. To this end, a dossier of traditional games has been developed. These are structured in turn into objectives, materials, organisation, graphic description and a QR code for each game. These codes are linked to different videos hosted on the YouTube platform, in which the explanation of the games, mentioned above, can be visualised graphically using sign language. The whole creative process is described in the article, as well as possible pedagogical applications of the use of the tools created for this purpose in other educational contexts.

The aim of the study was to investigate secondary school students’ and teachers’ access to information technologies in Turkey by making interregional comparisons. Document analysis of the qualitative research methods was employed to analyze the reports issued by the Turkish Ministry of National Education, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). The results of the research revealed the importance of access to information and communication technologies for both students and teachers: 67.9% of the participating students were found to have Internet connection and 69.1% a computer in their homes, while 80.3% of the students were observed to use a computer outside the school, but 19.7% were not. The results also showed that 64.6% of the students have Internet connection in their classrooms, but 29.2% of these students do not use the Internet in the classroom, whereas 8.9% use it in the classroom all the time. The rate of students using a digital device for reading is 38.1%, while that of those not using one is 61.9%. Some 32.1% of secondary school students were revealed not to have Internet connection at home. Additionally, 77% of teachers were not trained in online teaching prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the findings, teachers can be suggested to develop projects – i.e., of TUBITAK, E-twinning, and Erasmus – which potentially encourage students to use information and communication technologies so that both teachers and students can benefit from them. It is also suggested that the Ministry of National Education should work on improving the information communication technology competencies of teachers and students. Besides, policies should be developed to eliminate regional differences in terms of access to digital resources and technology in terms of equal opportunities and opportunities.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the duties of local government units under the legal conditions related to access to the ICT network in Poland. Establishing public-private partnerships in the telecommunications sector, which is a field closely tied with cybersecurity, seems inevitable and necessary. The need to cooperate is the consequence of the development of information and communication technologies, which leads to their increasingly wide application in all aspects of social life. The tasks of local government involving network access have become key to the process of broadband network development. That is why public funding becomes particularly important in its absence, justified by the need to provide conditions for internet access as a human right. This has become especially topical as we face the challenges of COVID-19.
