Duodenal neuroendocrine tumors are rare neoplasms arising from endocrine cells. Here we present a case of 32-year-old woman with Duodenal neuroendocrine tumors, report the imaging and contrast-enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) features and review previous literatures of neuroendocrine tumors, which may be valuable for the differential diagnosis of duodenal neoplasms.

Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease characterised by non-caseating multiple granulomas involving virtually any organ in the body. The aetiology and natural history of sarcoidosis remains obscure. Hepatosplenic sarcoidosis is rare with image-based diagnosis difficult if no other organ is already involved. This case report describes a patient with asymptomatic liver and spleen involvement in which a final diagnosis was achieved with contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) guided liver biopsy.

Ovarian masses are not easily differentiated on transabdominal ultrasound in children. A useful supplement in various pediatric applications is dynamic contrast-enhanced ultrasound (dynCEUS). It can be performed quickly and easily. However, the literature for dynCEUS on pediatric ovarian masses is limited. We compared two cases with ovarian teratoma in which dynCEUS was a helpful additional tool.
