In this paper, research on measurement methods of hole during the parts online detection has been made. Both diameter and position of the hole are going to be detected in the same measurement system. In order to obtain higher accuracy and efficiency, a comparative analysis test of using the contact probes, the inductive sensor, the laser sensor, the forward and back lighting CCD imaging have been achieved. Results show that the contact measurement using inductive sensor is more suitable for the system, for the reason that it has higher reliability and efficiency.

Grain measurement is an important aspect of grain depot monitoring, the system uses a laser sensor device and other equipments, the realization of the non-contact measurement based on a suitable mathematical model and security communication protocol dynamic,it can gets the real-time three-dimensional information of grain in dynamic、fast and accurate. Then according to the measured data, using multiple integral to get the volume of granary, volume multiplied by the proportion of grain, grain weight can be obtained.

A new solution to the high-quality 3D reverse modeling problem of complex surfaces for fine workpieces is presented using a laser line-scanning sensor. Due to registration errors, measurement errors, deformations, etc., a fast and accurate method is important in machine vision measurement. This paper builds a convenient and economic multi-view stereo (MVS) measurement system based on a linear stage and a rotary stage to reconstruct the measured object surface completely and accurately. In the proposed technique, the linear stage is used to generate the trigger signal and synchronize the laser sensor scanning; the rotary stage is used to rotate the object and obtain multi-view point cloud data, and then the multi-view point cloud data are registered and integrated into a 3D model. The measurement results show a measurement accuracy of 0.075 mm for a 360° reconstruction in 34 s, and some evaluation experiments were carried out to demonstrate the validity and practicability of the proposed technique.

The article presents the methodology, test stand and results of noncontact tests conducted using a laser sensor-equipped system for measuring displacement. The tests were carried out in an attempt to determine the sensitivity of the measurement system to the angular position of the sensor against the surface onto which the laser spot was projected. The scope of investigations constitutes a crucial problem dealing with the determination of tolerance of assembling a laser head in the measurement system for a laser penetrometer used for examining substance consistence. The tests were executed in the measurement range between 5 and 50 mm taking into account 5 angular positions of the laser sensor. The readings of the laser head were referred to the value of displacements adjusted with the use of a micrometric head. In the case of the tested system, the dispersion of measurement deviations was estimated as a function of the measured distance.

In order to measure thickness and Study on growth behaviors of oxide layers on grinding wheel surface in ELID, the measurement system consisted of a laser sensor and an eddy current sensor was constructed to do a preliminary research on oxide layer replaced by rust. Through the comparison of the values of the thickness obtained by measurement system and the electron microscope of high precision, in this paper, the accuracy of the measurement result and the feasibility of the system ware verified.
