The electric power industry is at the dynamic development stage, which is accompanied by reconstruction and modernization of fixed assets. It is necessary to understand that this process leads to the risks that the company will bear in the innovative projects implementation. In this regard, the issues on electric power enterprise efficiency management are relevant. In addition, in market economy, the factors of both external and internal environment can affect the efficiency of an enterprise. The set of these factors, as well as the strength of their influence can vary depending on the industry and enterprise’s activities. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to formulate a system of recommendations for managing the efficiency of an electric power enterprise. The object of research is the electric power enterprise of IDGC of the NorthWest, PJSC. The result of the study is an econometric model, which describes the influence of external and internal factors on the electric power enterprise efficiency. The recommendations developed on the basis of this econometric model are relevant for the construction of strategies and management systems for the efficient operation of electric power enterprises.

It proposed the use of intelligent computer technology to build electric power enterprise trainer management system according to the current status of the work of power. This paper analysis the current needs of the power of corporate trainer and proposed the overall architecture of power enterprise trainer management system, and design the function of each subsystem.

Along with the deepening reform in power system, Electric Power Enterprise Marketing Management becomes an important management tool to ensure the effective operation of power enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of relevant principles, we have developed a market economy to adapt to the current situation of the development, marketing, and service sectors of the Power Marketing Strategy. At the same time, we designed to power enterprise marketing performance evaluation index system. And we introduced the quantitative analysis of power marketing effectiveness: AHP, according to the power of quantitative analysis method to evaluate and analyze marketing results.

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.
