Cloud computing holds the possibility to annihilate the needs for setting up of costly computing infrastructure for IT-based services and proffering IT Solutions.  It offers an adaptable IT architecture which is accessible via the internet for lightweight and hand-held compact gadgets. The concept has encouraged numerous folds to improve in the capacity or capabilities of the existing and new software. In the cloud computing environment, the whole data/information is available over a set of networked resources, empowering the information to be accessible via virtual machines. Considering the fact that the cloud computing server may be located in any part of the world beyond the reach and control of users, there are various security issues and privacy challenges that need to be clearly understood with a view to identifying how to mitigate them.  Likewise, there are possibilities of the imminent breakdown of servers which have been witnessed in recent times. This research addresses the security issues connected with cloud computing, provides analysis of the militating factors against the successful implementation of cloud computing and proffers useful recommendations on how to ameliorate identified issues.

Cloud computing, as a product of the fusion and development of computer technology and Internet technology, not only realized the innovation of IT technology but also A major revolution in the IT business model will bring unprecedented and profound changes to the information industry. The main purpose of this article is to study the collaborative management and control method of blockchain in a cloud computing environment. This article mainly uses the blockchain consensus algorithm to analyze and research the blocking technology in the logistics supply chain, and solves the supplier’s benefit formula step by step; also uses the CloudBTF algorithm, Max-min algorithm, FCFS of cloud computing Algorithm, and compare the efficiency and security of the three methods to get the most conducive to the collaborative management and control of the blockchain. The experimental results of this paper show that blockchain collaborative management in a cloud computing environment can greatly improve the security of massive data storage and the collaborative distribution of data. Among them, the use of cloud computing platform priority algorithms can improve system load balancing by up to 12%, while Using the cloud computing platform FCFS algorithm can improve system load balancing by up to 15%.

In Cloud computing environment QoS i.e. Quality-of-Service and cost is the key element that to be take care of. As, today in the era of big data, the data must be handled properly while satisfying the request. In such case, while handling request of large data or for scientific applications request, flow of information must be sustained. In this paper, a brief introduction of workflow scheduling is given and also a detailed survey of various scheduling algorithms is performed using various parameter.
