The availability and high information content of the results of genetic research require the legislator to decide on the limits of their use in various spheres of public life, including when concluding insurance contracts. Targeted genome sequencing is more appropriate for insurance purposes, although for de novo mutations, disease detection is only possible when exomic sequencing is performed. The research made it possible to conclude that there is a need for regulatory regulation of the use of genetic research results in the implementation of personal insurance. At the same time, we should proceed from: a differentiated approach to diagnostic and predictive tests, extending restrictions only to the latter; the possibility of regulating these relations at the level of self-regulationwhile controlling key positions by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as the regulator of the insurance market; the permissibility of the use of genetic testing results in the sphere of voluntary personal insurance in case of a contract for the amount above the established limits; the necessity of refutation is a family history in order to develop a more favorable terms of insurance with the appropriate will of the insured; the feasibility of establishing a Biobank data including the purpose of ensuring the access of insurers to the impersonal statistical information. At the same time, it is true that in many aspects the lack of access to genetic data is fully compensated for by traditional actuarial methods.

The analysis of the diagnostic informativeness of modern radiodiagnosticis methods in determining metastatic lymph node of pelvic cancer gynecological organs according to domestic and foreign publications. At the present stage methods of obtaining visual images pelvic lymph nodes are radiodiagnostics technologies (radiological, ultrasound, magnetic resonance tomography, scintigraphic). The analysis has shown that the researches devoted to diagnostic informational content of modern methods of radiodiagnosis in a differentiation of nature of damage of pelvic lymph nodes aren't enough. According to the literature, the most rational and perspective method for radiodiagnosis metastatics lymph node is a magnetic resonance imaging due to the high information content and thus specificity. At the same time, the continued relevance of further study of methods of radiodiagnostics in order to find the optimal one for the assessment of pelvic lymph nodes.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) cases have increased rapidly in recent decades, which is associated with various genetic abnormalities. To provide a better understanding of the genetic factors in ASD, we assessed the global scientific output of the related studies. A total of 2944 studies published between 1997 and 2018 were included by systematic retrieval from the Web of Science (WoS) database, whose scientific landscapes were drawn and the tendencies and research frontiers were explored through bibliometric methods. The United States has been acting as a leading explorer of the field worldwide in recent years. The rapid development of high-throughput technologies and bioinformatics transferred the research method from the traditional classic method to a big data-based pipeline. As a consequence, the focused research area and tendency were also changed, as the contribution of de novo mutations in ASD has been a research hotspot in the past several years and probably will remain one into the near future, which is consistent with the current opinions of the major etiology of ASD. Therefore, more attention and financial support should be paid to the deciphering of the de novo mutations in ASD. Meanwhile, the effective cooperation of multi-research centers and scientists in different fields should be advocated in the next step of scientific research undertaken.
