Subject. We consider the specifics and trends in takaful development in the conditions of the modern Russian insurance market. Objectives. The aim is to show the possibilities of takaful in the Russian insurance system, provide a brief analysis of limitations, problems and prospects for its functioning Methods. The study rests on analysis, comparison, induction and deduction, logical method, and others. Results. The need for the development of takaful in our country resulted from the fact that there is an increase in the number of Muslims, making up more than 20 percent of the population. This is indicative of prospects for growth. Furthermore, a positive trend contributing to the development of takaful is the significant volume of the property and personal insurance market in Russia, as these types of insurance are implemented in takaful in accordance with Sharia, or Islamic law. The findings can be useful for ministries and departments, management of insurance organizations and development institutions, investment, microfinance, leasing and consulting companies, financial and industrial groups, and large banks interested in providing insurance services and attracting or placing capital in accordance with Islamic financial principles. Conclusions. Thanks to takaful, the individuals of the Islamic faith have the opportunity to meet such financial needs as insurance, thereby complementing the insurance market as a whole.

The article examined the theoretical foundations of personal insurance, the basic types of personal insurance and comparison of social and personal insurance and their insurance risks. Including the current state and development of personal insurance in Ukraine in conditions of Covid-19. Analyzed the main statistical indicators of personal insurance, in particular the dynamics of life insurance companies, set of insurance premiums and insurance payments of medical and personal voluntary insurance. Rankings of life insurance companies from Covid-19 are built during the onset of the pandemic. Health care funding that provides health care fees between different groups of the population is carried out through medical insurance. World experience shows that the insurance market contributes not only to the development of the economy, but also to the solution of social problems. This reduces the effect on the expenditure part of the budget is reduced and state spending on social security of citizens, thereby opening up the possibility of solving problems of protection of the most disadvantaged groups. However, world best practices in combating pandemic Covid-19. In particular, the experience of China was considered, which showed that health insurance coverage should be provided to all to segments of the population, which greatly affected the fight against the pandemic during the fight against it. The experience of Italy showed that the country was not ready for fight against a coronavirus pandemic. The country has taken urgent measures that are aimed at supporting the most affected, both citizens and industries economics. Italian insurers offer their customers a reprieve for motor insurance, life insurance and insurance contracts entrepreneurial risks. The US experience showed that the country spends on Healthcare 11.5% of gross profit, that’s more than any country in the world. At the same time, more than 15% of citizens do not have financial protection from high costs, for medical care due to lack of insurance health policies due to high prices. The article highlights the main shortcomings and proposes certain recommendations for solving problems of personal insurance in Ukraine using certain elements of foreign experience.

In Georgia, the insurance industry has been developing since 1997, since the establishment of insurance development strategy by the state, the LEPL State Insurance Supervision Service, the main insurance regulation law on insurance, normative and sub-legal acts have been developed, and an important place has been given to insurance relations in Georgian civil, air, marine and customs code. Several types of compulsory insurance have been introduced. Over time, with the realization of the benefits of insurance by the public and private business, there has been a growing demand for the various types of insurance offered by private insurance companies. Including types of personal insurance, property and financial risk insurance. There was also some demand for various liability insurance in both the corporate and retail markets. Nevertheless, judging by the statistics of the Georgian insurance market from 2008 to 2018, we will see that liability insurance is less prominent. Leading among the types of insurance are types of insurance such as medical insurance, auto insurance, property and life insurance. Liability insurance ranks sixth and seventh, both in terms of premiums attracted and policies issued. Liability insurance is less in demand today and is preceded by types of insurance such as medical insurance, motor insurance, property and life insurance. The separation of the type of liability insurance and the importance of its development is due to the fact that it is impossible to attribute it to property or personal insurance. If the object of property insurance is the property of a natural or legal person, and the property of a person - human life, health and ability to work, then the object of liability insurance is the liability of the insured (insured) for damage to a third party in accordance with law or contractual obligations. Therefore, the aim of the paper is to reflect to some extent the problems of liability insurance development in Georgia and to offer recommendations for their solution.

Статья посвящена изучению взаимосвязи договоров кредитования и личного страхования в качестве связанных договоров. Актуальность исследования определяется, во-первых, недостаточной разработанностью связанных договоров в отечественной науке, во-вторых, законодательными новациями, которые вступили в силу 1 сентября 2020 г. Вместе с тем не все участники рынка кредитования осведомлены об этих изменениях. Таким образом, исследование носит ярко выраженную практическую применимость, а также может служить базой для совершенствования законодательного регулирования. The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between credit and personal insurance contracts as related contracts. The relevance of the study is determined, firstly, by the insufficient development of related contracts in domestic science, and secondly, it is determined by legislative innovations that will soon come into force. However, not all participants in the lending market are aware of these changes. Thus, the study has a pronounced practical applicability, and can also serve as a basis for improving legislative regulation.
