This series of videos, Chief Resource Management Officer, decontextualizes and amplifies mundane tasks and actions, exposing an inherent absurdity and dry humor. Conceptually and visually, I engage themes of corporate management structures, cult dynamics, and Sisyphean tasks. Within this work, I am primarily interested in developing situations that disrupt familiar social and political hierarchies. Utilizing recognizable apparel and gestures, I playfully occupy the threshold of absurdity while asking questions about time, value, routines, and the monetization of work and/or presence.

Abstract The emergence of a ‘new world economy’ makes it imperative for corporate entities to adjust their corporate values, practices and internal processes. This paper explored the interrelatedness of selected corporate governance practices and human resource management outcomes. The paper relied on established corporate management theories as a platform for empirical consideration of selected issues relative to four established players in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector. A descriptive method was adopted and data was collected via a survey of 112 respondents. Contextual arguments were captured to achieve a robust appreciation of issues affecting individual participation and operations of corporate entities. The study found that there is a significant relationship between corporate governance practices and human resource management outcomes. Requisite conclusions and recommendations were provided in the light of empirical and theoretical findings.

Companies in Indonesia must be able to survive in the midst of a pandemic and in the midst of the current economic uncertainty by transforming business and human resources, with the change in business concepts this will increase exponentially the progress of information technology. Thus, the steps for this innovative transformation must continue to refer to the process of good corporate management so that it becomes the operational basis and guarantees the trust of the stakeholders. Human resource management is also very important, if there is an engagement from employees in facing a threat from an external environmental source.

Abstract Reasoning is the iterative, path-dependent process of asking questions and answering them. Moral reasoning is a species of such reasoning, so it is a matter of asking and answering moral questions, which requires both creativity and curiosity. As such, interventions and practices that help people ask more and better moral questions promise to improve moral reasoning.
