On the basis of improving teaching quality and enriching education mind, the rural workshop of Liangbin Yi in Hangzhou returns to the essence of teaching, truly promoting students’ development. This research topic is also the core of the teaching, scientific research, and management of the workshop. With the abundant teaching resources, the workshop conducted various teaching activities and exhibition activities, such as building the learning platform, holding the report sharing, summit forum, on-the-job training, and sending teachers to the countryside, through practical action research. It can also propel the curriculum reform, deepen the classroom teaching research, strengthen the unity of knowledge and action, improve teachers’ teaching theory and practical ability at the same time, and improve the evaluation system, which provided fully play to the guidance and demonstration of famous rural teacher workshop, and positively contributed to the rural teachers’ development.

Under the background of the new era, great changes have taken place in the teaching mode of our country, and all kinds of creative teaching strategies emerge as the times require. In order to construct an efficient classroom and ensure the rational allocation and utilization of teaching resources, teachers must adhere to the central position of students in the process of carrying out classroom teaching practice, clarify the individual differences of students, and fully consider the influencing factors of various details from the point of view of students. In order to better promote the improvement of teaching quality and teaching level, to ensure that every student can learn something, learn to achieve success. However, combined with the relevant practical investigation, it is not difficult to find that long-term examination-oriented education leads to some teaching classics. In the course of carrying out the classroom teaching practice, the teacher who is not under test directly uses the learning of the basic knowledge of the simple theory as the main body, and puts the core energy in the indoctrination and the teaching of the theoretical knowledge, which seriously restricts the individual growth and development of the students, and ignores the individual difference of the students, The result is that the efficiency and quality of the classroom teaching are declining continuously, some of the teaching resources are wasted directly, which is especially obvious in the course of the practice of English teaching in colleges and universities. In this respect, this paper, based on the macroscopic angle, takes the college English teaching as the analysis object, and the relevant strategies and requirements to improve the English teaching quality, with a view to promoting the English teaching in colleges and universities, and provides some reference for the smooth development of teaching practice.

At present, some classroom teaching evaluation methods are actually difficult to reasonably and fairly evaluate teachers’ true teaching level and classroom teaching quality. There are many shortcomings and drawbacks. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching evaluation and enhance the evaluation effect, this paper combines the current advanced management methods with the merits of traditional evaluation methods, and applies the fuzzy evaluation method to combine qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment. First of all, establish a scientific and reasonable classroom teaching quality assessment index system, determine the standard assessment criteria, and then select and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the classroom teaching quality, thus establishing a complete and effective teaching quality evaluation system.

Massive open online courses (MOOC) transcends the time and space limits of traditional classroom teaching, and promotes the sharing of teaching resources. However, the effect of this emerging teaching mode is yet to be determined. In this paper, the big data analysis is introduced to evaluate the MOOC teaching quality. Taking several online courses as an example, a video player was de-signed to compute the learning time using the Hadoop platform. On this basis, the author constructed a teaching quality evaluation platform. In addition, the learning cost coefficient was calculated by the naive Bayesian model, and the evaluation results were analysed in details. The research findings shed practical new light on the evaluation of MOOC teaching quality.

With the popularization and application of online education in the world, how to evaluate and analyze the classroom teaching effect through scientific methods has become one of the important teaching tasks in colleges. Based on this, this paper studies the application of the GA-BP neural network algorithm. Firstly, it gives a brief overview of the current situation of online education and GA-BP neural network algorithm. Secondly, through the investigation of the online education system in many aspects, it evaluates students’ online education classroom teaching quality from five aspects, and this paper proposes a more scientific online education classroom teaching quality evaluation optimization model and finally verifies the reliability of the online education teaching evaluation model through the practice in a university. The results show that the GA-BP neural network-based evaluation optimization model can effectively evaluate the online education in the process of analyzing the quality of online education classroom teaching of most professional students.

How to evaluate the teaching quality of Chinese teacher objectively is an important subject of each university. In view of the shortage of classroom teaching quality evaluation, AHP model is introduced to evaluate the quality of TCFL, and an Chinese teaching quality evaluation system is established. Based on the evaluation content and standard of the system, combined with the the principle of AHP and expert investigation method, a judgment matrix is established, and the weight of each index to the total target is calculated. The comprehensive weight of each index and evaluation object score are multiplied, through a series of calculation, the teachers comprehensive scores can be obtained so as to evaluate the teaching quality. The results show that it is very scientific and objective to evaluate Chinese classroom teaching quality by using AHP model, it is a feasible evaluation method and has higher application value.
