The investigation results of the applied simulation modeling programs market from the point of view of the usage possibility and expediency at the development or optimization of technological processes on domestic machinebuilding enterprises are presented. The analysis of the technological processes features in machine-building, and in particular aircraft construction, at domestic enterprises is carried out. The production features of the metalconsuming products and semi-finished products from the point of view these processes simulation expediency are considered. The expediency of carrying out simulation modeling of machine-building production, which provides adequate analysis results at minimal costs in comparison with other modeling methods are shown. The main criteria for choosing of specific simulation software are given. Keywords mechanical engineering technologies; metal-intensive production; aircraft construction; deformation processing of metals and alloys; foundry; equipment productivity; optimal stocks of semi-finished products; insurance stocks; simulation modeling; visualiz

The highly dependent interplay of disease, famine, war, and society is examined based on an extreme period during World War II. Using mathematical modeling, we reassess events during the Holocaust that led to the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto (1941–1942), with the eventual goal of deliberately killing ~450,000, mostly Jewish residents, many through widespread starvation and a large-scale typhus epidemic. The Nazis justified genocide supposedly to control the spread of disease. This exemplifies humanity’s ability to turn upon itself, based on racially guided epidemiological principles, merely because of the appearance of a bacterium. Deadly disease and starvation dynamics are explored using modeling and the maths of food ration cards. Strangely, the epidemic was curtailed and was brought to a sudden halt before winter, when typhus normally accelerates. A far more massive epidemic outbreak was prevented through the antiepidemic efforts by the often considered incompetent and corrupt ghetto leadership and the Herculean efforts of ghetto doctors.

Prediction of technological processes in various sectors of the food industry using mathematical modeling is becoming increasingly important. The paper describes the effect of various factors on the grain weight after germination by the method of correlation-regression analysis. Using this modeling method, based on the established relationship, it is possible to predict the weight of the grain after germination in various conditions.

The rocket launch tower is a kind tower of large scale which is used in many important palces, in order to counter the tower faults problems such as leaning, bulking, etc.According to the theory of multimodal analysis, mathematical modeling and simulation of vibrational mode were conducted for the tower. The paper describes how the finite element modal for steel tower is built by means of beam and shell elements by Patran, and the analysis of the tower’s dynamical characteristic, bulking phenomenon employing commercial software Patran/Nastran,show that the results are closer to the test data, providing a basis for the tower optimal design.

Impact devices are used in various areas of mechanical engineering and deal with a variety of materials. At the moment, it is determined that an increase in the duration of the impact impulse ensures the constant contact of a headgear (tool) with the work environment. This increases the efficiency of impact devices. We have proposed a shaper that allows to control the shape and duration of the impact impulse. In this paper, results of mathematical modeling of the pneumohydraulic impact device with elastic and viscoelastic shaper is considered. Several designs of impact devices are presented. Parameters which affect the impact impulse are determined. These results can be used in constructing pneumohydraulic impact devices for a specific area of implication.
