The rationale for the choice of a technical solution to the issue of vibration protection of gyroscopic angular velocity meters, built on the basis of dynamically tuned gyroscopes (DTG) is presented. The proposed vibration protection system consists of shock absorbers with high elasticity and dynamic vibration dampers (DVD) with nonlinear elastic and damping characteristics. The main factors that determine the peculiarities of choosing a vibration protection system for precision gyroscopic devices are indicated. Keywords dynamically tuned gyroscope (DTG); dynamic vibration damper (DVD); vibration protection system; gyroscopic angular velocity meter

The control for the linearized model of the longitudinal motion fourth order for a single-rotor helicopter is analytically synthesized which ensures the invariance of the pitch angle in the presence of disturbances in the control channels, as well as the required the poles placement of the closed-loop system, given from the region of their stability. The results of the numerical synthesis control for the longitudinal motion of a single-rotor helicopter by using analytically synthesized laws of invariant control, which confirm the reliability of the analytical expressions are shown. Keywords invariance; disturbances in the control channels; MIMO-system; decomposition; pole placement; analytical synthesis; longitudinal motion of a single-rotor helicopter; poles of a dynamical system

The tasks related to the construction of a united semi-active system for damping vibrations of the supporting platform (chassis) of a wheeled vehicle (WV), taking into account the real road profile were considered. The influence estimation of the network on the functioning resulting quality of the entire united damping system is carried out. The modeling of the network united of the model of one wheelset, the possible law of control of the suspension, the central processor and the physical model of the CAN network by using the National Instruments equipment is performed. The results of the experiments, both purely mathematical and with a physical network model, showed the performance of the proposed solutions. Keywords CAN-tire; semi-active suspension system; identification; modeling

An algorithm for tracking of the welded seams grooving by using a Kalman filter based on six characteristic points of the profile obtained using the RF627 laser vision sensor is proposed. In order to reduce the error in weld seams control, a multilayer neural network with a backpropagation algorithm is created to compensate for errors caused by colored noise when using the Kalman filter. Experimental results show that when the algorithm is applied, the error in tracking the trajectory of weld seams is reduced. Keywords tracking of weld seams; multilayer/multi-pass welding; Kalman filter; multilayer perceptron

The schemes of navigation systems correction are considered. The operation mode of the aircraft during navigation is analyzed. An adaptive modification of the linear Kalman filter is used to correct the navigation information. An algorithm for predicting a correction signal based on a neural network in the event of a loss of a SNS correction signal is formed. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the algorithm. Keywords aircraft; inertial navigation system; satellite system; Kalman filter; neural networks; genetic algorithm

The investigation results of the applied simulation modeling programs market from the point of view of the usage possibility and expediency at the development or optimization of technological processes on domestic machinebuilding enterprises are presented. The analysis of the technological processes features in machine-building, and in particular aircraft construction, at domestic enterprises is carried out. The production features of the metalconsuming products and semi-finished products from the point of view these processes simulation expediency are considered. The expediency of carrying out simulation modeling of machine-building production, which provides adequate analysis results at minimal costs in comparison with other modeling methods are shown. The main criteria for choosing of specific simulation software are given. Keywords mechanical engineering technologies; metal-intensive production; aircraft construction; deformation processing of metals and alloys; foundry; equipment productivity; optimal stocks of semi-finished products; insurance stocks; simulation modeling; visualiz

The questions of the cepstrum method application for the processing of iridology television signals are considered. A cepstrum method for processing a delayed video signal of an aerospace television system is proposed. The application of the method greatly facilitates the determination of the delay and expands the dynamic range of the corrected signal. An expression for determining the power cepstrum at different apertures of the reading beam is received and a suboptimal model of an ideal corrector is designed. Keywords aperture correction; digital correction; linear and nonlinear correctors; cepstrum method; aperture; Gaussian aperture; exponential aperture; signal power cepstrum

The possibility of the virtual analyzers models constructing of the petroleum products quality indicators for the atmospheric column of an oil refinery is considered. Comparison of linear models is carried out. It was found that more accurate and less costly are autoregressive models with a distributed lag. The use of such models at the facility improves the efficiency of obtaining information about the quality of petroleum products. Keywords virtual analyzers; autoregressive model; lag; factors; petroleum product; method of principal components; quality
