The aim of the research is to show the reason of necessity in discovering the motivating potential of employees and also influence on them through the introduction of the effective contract. The research has studied the attitude of the temporary pedagogical staff towards the effective contract, also the research has found the factors that influence on satisfaction of labor, and the motivating profile of a personality was constructed. 207 people aged 18 - 23 have taken part in the research. Those are temporary pedagogical employees of the children's health camp. In the first part of the research the theoretical bases of the effective contract with the reference to modern literature were studied. In the second part the research has found the interrelations between being ready to work by the effective contract and outer stimuli influencing on the quality of the work performed. The revealed direct and inverse relations between the attitude to the effective contract and the reasons followed by employees give the evidence that transferring to the suggested form of labor relations can cause an absolutely opposite effect. Employees working on the effective contract will be oriented only on the remuneration in favorable working conditions and the things like self-improvement, interest to work will be of little interest for them.

This article summarizes frameworks for understanding Hispanic children’s health, sources of national data available to evaluate their health, and variations in health among Hispanic children. Following ecological and life-course perspectives, we organize our review of the literature on Hispanic children’s health and development according to three key stages of child development (zero to three, early to middle childhood, and adolescence to emerging adulthood) with attention to how each stage influences the next. Within each stage, we consider how social position (i.e., skin color, social class, gender, and nativity), social contexts (i.e., family, school, and neighborhood), and political and legal contexts influence Hispanic children’s health and development. We argue that to improve the health and development of Hispanic children, federal, state, and local policies must address social and economic injustices that lead to declines in health across immigrant generations and persistent racial/ethnic health disparities.

Antlers are the main product obtained from marals. The problem of increasing antler production in maral breeding remains relevant. Purpose of the research is analysis of antler productivity of first-antler stags and stags of marals of Novotalitsk line of Altai-Sayan breed. The work was carried out on the maral farms of OS Novotalitskoye Department of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Altai Scientific Center of Agrobiotechnologies during the antler-cutting campaign from May to July 2020. A total of 1661 animals were valued, including 266 first-antler stags. The most marals are at the age from 2 to 8 years old, the most numerous is the group of first-antler stags (16%). The average antler productivity per one first-antler stag is 1.5 kg, per one stag - 5.2 kg. The antlers of the first-antler stags are characterized by the following parametric data: beam length - 35.8 ± 0.41 cm, beam girth - 12.4 ± 0.08 cm, supraorbital process length - 16.1 ± 0.30 cm, ice process length - 15 , 0 ± 0.36 cm, the length of the middle process is 11.1 ± 0.32 cm, the depth of the split is 1.9 ± 0.07 cm. As for stags, the beam length is 55.7 ± 0.30 cm, the beam girth is 16 , 5 ± 0.07 cm, the length of the supraorbital process is 27.6 ± 0.18 cm, the length of the ice process is 29.6 ± 0.25 cm, the length of the middle process is 23.4 ± 0.21 cm, the split depth is 5.5 ± 0.13 cm. The marals have the following crown shapes: fork, shovel, goblet-like, round, triplet, boot. The most common form is the fork, the highest productivity in the herd is shown by marals with a goblet-like crown of antlers (7.1 ± 0.35 kg).

The purpose of the research is analysis of infection with intestinal cestodosis of young sheep in the plain and mountainous zones of the Republic of Dagestan.Materials and methods. For a number of years, on the basis of the Caspian Zonal Scientific Research Veterinary Institute – Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Agrarian Scientific Center of the Republic of Dagestan”, of the laboratory for the study of infective diseases of livestock and birds, we carried out studies of sheep fecal specimens from various regions of the Republic of Dagestan and tested various antiparasitic drugs. Results and discussion. It has been established that sheep cestodosis are ubiquitous in the Republic, although there are effective antiparasitic drugs, including those of domestic production. The infection extensity by Moniezia sp. in 2015 was 67.8%, Thysaniezia sp. – 12.5%, and Avitellina sp. – 6.2%. In 2016, infections continued to be recorded at a high level. In 2017, monieziosis of lambs was recorded with the infection extensity of 24.0–30.0% and with the infection intensity value of 1.5–6.4 sp. per animal. Avitellinosis was noted in 17.0–23.6 % of sheep with an infection intensity value of 1.0–4.8 sp. per animal. Cestodosis in sheep in 2019 are also found, but less frequently.
