Virtualization is used to set of connections and configure various operating systems on a single host at the same time. Now-a-days many technologies prefer Open source platform for virtualized infrastructure because it provides an enormous space to the user to implement their own module. In this paper, we used piece based virtual machine (KVM) is the main open source finish virtualization arrangement on x86 equipment and it underpins all major working framework including Linux and windows.

Physical server transited to virtual server infrastructure (VSI) and desktop device to virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) have the crucial problems of server consolidation, virtualization performance, virtual machine density, total cost of ownership (TCO), and return on investments (ROI). Besides, how to appropriately choose hypervisor for the desired server/desktop virtualization is really challenging, because a trade-off between virtualization performance and cost is a hard decision to make in the cloud. This paper introduces five hypervisors to establish the virtual environment and then gives a careful assessment based on C/P ratio that is derived from composite index, consolidation ratio, virtual machine density, TCO, and ROI. As a result, even though ESX server obtains the highest ROI and lowest TCO in server virtualization and Hyper-V R2 gains the best performance of virtual machine management; both of them however cost too much. Instead the best choice is Proxmox Virtual Environment (Proxmox VE) because it not only saves the initial investment a lot to own a virtual server/desktop infrastructure, but also obtains the lowest C/P ratio.

This paper studies the software automatic test in virtual machine environment. The existing software automatic testing technology is not compatible for virtual machine. Cloud-based virtual environment provides a new means for the software test. A novel testing framework is proposed in this paper. The new technology combined cloud-based virtual environment and related the software automation tool. The fully test procedure are provided with test design, test develop, test execute and test result collection. The character for different application could be supported in this framework. The virtualization technology is used to test some applications and proved effective.

The virtual reality technology has been widely applied in virtual manufacturing; virtual environment which integrated with visual, auditory and tactile can be established. In this paper, a single - channel immersion machine assembly simulation system was built by EON Studio of virtual reality software and virtual peripherals. For building immersion virtual environment, three dimensional entity model of machine was established by the CATIA software, rendering and coloring it through the 3ds Max, inputting interface of EON convert file. Researching on interactive virtual assembly technology of machine was done, two interactive methods were developed through the keyboard ,mouse and other input devices or data glove ,(Flock and Bird) and other virtual peripherals respectively: one was to realize the interaction based on keyboard by the triggering sensor node, event driven and routing mechanism ; another was established the virtual hand, achieving the spatial position of manpower through driving virtual hand by data glove and (Flock and Bird) , and converted it into the position of virtual hand in virtual space, to complete the grasping, moving, releasing the object operation in immersion virtual environment, so that completing the virtual machine assembly, assembly trajectory visualization was realized, the basis was provided for the path of assembly analysis. The human-computer interface of assembly simulation system of machine develop, each module integration was realized by the transmission of information between EON Studio and machine, and reasonable guidelines for machine assembly training was provided.
