The delimitation of permanent basic farmland is essentially a multi-objective optimization problem. The traditional demarcation methods cannot simultaneously take into account the requirements of cultivated land quality and the spatial layout of permanent basic farmland, and it cannot balance the relationship between agriculture and urban development. This paper proposed a multi-objective permanent basic farmland delimitation model based on an immune particle swarm optimization algorithm. The general rules for delineating the permanent basic farmland were defined in the model, and the delineation goals and constraints have been formally expressed. The model introduced the immune system concepts to complement the existing theory. This paper describes the coding and initialization methods for the algorithm, particle position and speed update mechanism, and fitness function design. We selected Xun County, Henan Province, as the research area and set up control experiments that aligned with the different targets and compared the performance of the three models of particle swarm optimization (PSO), artificial immune algorithm (AIA), and the improved AIA-PSO in solving multi-objective problems. The experiments proved the feasibility of the model. It avoided the adverse effects of subjective factors and promoted the scientific rationality of the results of permanent basic farmland delineation.

The Employees are the most vital element of the company as they had a big contribution and involved almost for all section on how the company will go up and down. Employees and the company affect the efficiency, effectiveness, designing, producing goods and services, oversee the quality, market products, allocating financial resources, and determines the overall goals and strategies of the organization. Therefore, organizations need accurate information and sustainable in order to get suitable candidates with the qualifications of the organization. Model algorithms are widely used in research related to the employee is C4.5 decision tree classification model. Advantages of using adecision tree classification models are the result of the decision tree is simple and easy to understand. Many studies using the method of decision tree and classification tree in predicting the employees selection but results theaccuracy of the resulting value is less accurate. In this study created a C 4.5 Algorithm model and C 4.5 Algorithm model based on particle swarm optimization to get the rule in employees selection and provide a more accuratevalue of accuracy. After testing C 4.5 algorithm model based on particle swarm optimization, Implementation of particle swarm optimization can produce accuracy value of C 4.5 algorithm model from 80.80 % to 85.20 % and theAUC value from 0.878 to 0.891. By the formation the model selection of employees, the company can be helped for employee selection.

The scarcity of water resources nowadays lays stress on researchers to develop strategies aiming at making the best benefit of the currently available resources. One of these strategies is ensuring that reliable and near-optimum designs of water distribution systems (WDSs) are achieved. Designing WDSs is a discrete combinatorial NP-hard optimization problem, and its complexity increases when more objectives are added. Among the many existing evolutionary algorithms, a new hybrid fast-convergent multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm is developed to increase the convergence and diversity rates of the resulted non-dominated solutions in terms of network capital cost and reliability using a minimized computational budget. Several strategies are introduced to the developed algorithm, which are self-adaptive PSO parameters, regeneration-on-collision, adaptive population size, and using hypervolume quality for selecting repository members. A local search method is also coupled to both the original MOPSO algorithm and the newly developed one. Both algorithms are applied to medium and large benchmark problems. The results of the new algorithm coupled with the local search are superior to that of the original algorithm in terms of different performance metrics in the medium-sized network. In contrast, the new algorithm without the local search performed better in the large network.
