Based on slab location and discharge decision, this paper researches the solution of transportation scheduling in the Slab Warehouse, builds up a mathematical model with an objective of minimize the total transportation time considering the location and discharge task at the same time. Moreover, decentralizes this objective to different Agents to form a Multi-Agent system. And reconciles the conflicts among Agents based on a biding-arbitration mechanism. The simulation results show that the system could be performed efficiently and balanced.
