At present, there are 31 species of Rhaphium Meigen recorded in China. In this paper, two species from Qinghai Province of China are described as new to science: Rhaphium huzhuensesp. nov., Rhaphium minhensesp. nov. A key to the Chinese species of Rhaphium is provided.

Two new species of the chloroperline genus Haploperla, H. tuanjiena sp. nov. from Sichuan Province, China and H. datongensis sp. nov. from Qinghai Province, China are described and illustrated. Haploperla tuanjiena is characterized by terga 10 with a medially triangular sclerotized area and the epiproct subtriangular, anterolateral margin sclerotized with apex acute. Haploperla datongensis is characterized by the epiproct tongue-shaped, anterior margin and anteroventrally strongly sclerotized. The new species are compared with similar taxa of the genus. An identification key is provided for the seven known Chinese species of Haploperla.

Two new species of the genus Stenohya are described from China: Stenohya curvata sp. nov. from Yunnan Province and S. xiningensis sp. nov. from Qinghai Province, China. Detailed diagnosis, descriptions and illustrations of the two new species are presented.

Lithobius (Ezembius) hualongensissp. nov. and Lithobius (Ezembius) suisp. nov. (Lithobiomorpha, Lithobiidae) recently discovered from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China are described. Morphologically, the two new species are very similar but can be distinguished by the number of coxosternal teeth: L. (E.) hualongensissp. nov. has 2 + 2 while L. (E.) suisp. nov. has 3 + 3. The two new species resemble L. (E.) multispinipesPei et al., 2016, from the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, but can be readily distinguished by having the Tömösváry’s organ slightly larger than the adjoining ocelli rather than smaller, 3 + 3 spurs on female gonopods versus 2 + 2, and the simple terminal claw of female gonopods with a small triangular protuberance on the basal ventral side versus simple, without a small triangular protuberance on the basal ventral side. We also compare the main morphological characters of the two new species with the other Lithobius (Ezembius) species known in Qinghai Province. A key to the Chinese species of Ezembius is presented.

Two new species of the genus Protonemura (Plecoptera: Nemouridae: Amphinemurinae) are described from China, P. bifurcata sp. n. from a holotype male from Taiwan and P. datongensis sp. n. from males and females collected in Datong County of the high altitude Tibetan Plateau of Qinghai Province, China. The new taxa are compared with related congeners respectively. A new combination, Indonemoura filigera (Kawai) comb. n, is proposed for Protonemura filigera Kawai, 1969. The distribution of Protonemura in the East Palaearctic and the Oriental Region is discussed and mapped.

Abstract—A synopsis of Dicliptera (Acanthaceae) for Brazil is presented. Six species are recognized: Dicliptera ciliaris, D. sexangularis, and D. squarrosa, widely distributed in South America; D. purpurascens, which ranges from the North Region of Brazil (in the state of Acre) to eastern Bolivia; D. gracilirama, a new species from the Atlantic Forest of northeastern Brazil; and D. granchaquenha, a new species recorded in dry and semideciduous forests in Bolivia and western Brazil, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Furthermore, we propose new synonyms and designate lectotypes for eleven names. An identification key to the six accepted Dicliptera species in Brazil is provided.

Abstract—Two new diploid species, Aira minoricensis and Aira hercynica, are described and illustrated, along with chromosome counts, risk assessment, distribution and habitat, phenology, and comparisons with morphologically similar species. A comparative table and a key for the species of Aira for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are provided to assist in the identification of these overlooked species, and their relationships to other taxa are discussed.

Abstract Bed-by-bed sampling of twelve Barremian sections in southeastern France from pelagic basin (Vocontian Basin) to neritic platforms (Arc of Castellane, Arc of Nice and Provencal Domain) has enabled the collection of isochronous samples of the ammonite genus Gassendiceras. Three poorly known species of the Toxancyloceras vandenheckei Zone (Upper Barremian) are revised: G. alpinum, G. multicostatum and G. hoheneggeri; two new species are described (G. rebouleti nov. sp. and G. bosellii nov. sp.). The intraspecific variability of particular species was recognised. This variability is between slender peramorphic and robust paedomorphic extreme morphologies, with the presence of all intermediates.
