Enchondromas are benign cartilage forming tumors most commonly involving the marrow cavity of the long bones. Ollier disease is one of the subtypes of Enchondromatosis associated with lesions in the center of the bone. Most commonly presenting in 2nd and 3rd decade of life. Radiological evidence is adequate for the diagnosis. Exact etiology is unknown with increasing genetic predilection. Regular follow up with conservative management remains the mainstay of treatment.

Necrotizing Sialometaplasia is rare and in the oral cavity it accounts <1% of all biopsied lesion. For decades Necrotizing Sialometaplasia were treated by conservative management as it is a self healing lesion. The progressive healing period was reported from 2 weeks to 3 months in the literature. Is necrotizing sialometaplasia a self-limiting disease? Here we report a case of non-healing necrotizing sialometaplasia which was treated by surgical management. Complete regression of the lesion was evident after the surgical management and no recurrence until two years of follow-up.

This clinical note describes the case of a nine-year-old girl with classical Volkmann's contracture of the left forearm. The report demonstrates the results and follow-up of conservative orthotic management used as a mode of treatment by a multidisciplinary team. When using an orthosis it is essential to check regularly to attain the desired result.

SummaryThis case report describes an acute traumatic fracture of the medial coronoid process (MCP) in an immature male Rottweiler. On routine radiographs of the left elbow joint, clear abnormalities could not be detected. The definitive diagnosis was based on craniolaterocaudomedial oblique radiographs and a CT scan. The fragment was removed arthroscopically via a medial approach. Histologically the fragment did not show any signs of degeneration nor demineralisation, as seen in classical fragments of the medial coronoid process. One week after treatment, complete limb function had been regained. Follow-up radiographs after nine month showed a minimal increase of osteoarthrosis.

Adrenal sarcomatoid carcinomas are extremely rare tumors presenting with extensive locoregional spread at the time of diagnosis. Patients succumb to metastases within a couple of months. As a result, very few cases are reported in the literature until now. We present a case of a 62-year old female with non-functional sarcomatoid carcinoma of the right adrenal gland. There was no radiological evidence of locoregional metastases. Patient underwent right adrenalectomy. Follow up after 3 months showed para-aortic lymphadenopathy and similar left adrenal mass on computed tomography. Patient refused further treatment and succumbed to the disease. A brief case report with review of literature is presented.

AbstractMeningiomas can occur at excranial and extraspinal sites such as the nose, nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses. Meningioma of the tonsil has seldom been described. We report a case of ectopic meningioma of the left palatine tonsil, in a 50-year-old male with no clinical or radiological evidence of an intracranial lesion. Follow-up at six months revealed no evidence of recurrence.

Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is a cutaneous vascular malformation in combination with bone and soft tissue overgrowth, with or without lymphatic malformation. Symptoms appear by birth and approximately 90% of the cases are diagnosed by the age of 12 years. Prompt diagnosis at the earliest and conservative management with regular follow up is crucial in prognosis of KTS.

Introduction: Esthetics dental treatments involving ceramic laminate veneers can obtain optimal results through detailed considerations with respect to teeth preparations, gingival margins and esthetic factors. Objectives: This case report aims to present a conservative management for ceramic conservative preparation associated with the digital workflow for ceramic laminates, with 18-month follow-up. Case Report: Patient complaining of a child smile due to diastemas in the anterior region. The planning and design of the smile was carried out using a software (Keynote, Ceramill Mind). After molding and printing a 3D model, a mock-up was performed, which was used as a surgical guide for the performance of gingivoplasty. The conservative dental preparation was then performed, with cervical enamel preservation. The ceramic laminates were made after molding and scanning the model, using the CAD/CAM system and cemented on the dental surface. It was observed that there was an increase in gingival quality and thickness, achieving esthetics, color and marginal stability, after 18 months of follow-up. Conclusion: The conservative preparation technique associated with the digital workflow allowed the manufacture of thin ceramic laminate veneer, promoting stability of esthetics and periodontal health after 18 months.
