Currently, the embedded database technology has become a very active research field, and attracted more and more attention. This paper research how to improve the storage performance of embedded database indexing mechanism using read and write characteristics of NAND flash memory. Based on the reviewed and compared of existing design of NAND flash memory, this article expressed the design and implementation of dynamic index mechanism base on B + Tree. The prototype system combines the advantages of operation of the adapted read operation disk model and write adapted write operation log model, optimal matching and converting for storage model of each node in B + tree model while running which make a variety of devices have better read and write performance.

With embedded systems widely used and the continuous improvement of the user to the data processing and management needs, a variety of smart devices and database technology are tightly combined, this has got integrated attention. Embedded system is dedicated computer system that is application-centric, based on computer technology, software and hardware can be tailored to meet the stringent requirements of the application system, which strict with functionality, reliability, cost, size and power consumption. It is the product of the development of computer technology, now it has become an important part of the computer field. The embedded database will be in everywhere in the near future. Looking at the current international and domestic embedded database application, market has entered a stage of accelerated development based on embedded database applications.

Driving with brady-tachy syndrome is one of the main causes of car accidents. In order to prevent drivers from brady-tachy driving, there is a strong demand for driver monitoring systems. Other than problems in driving attitudes and skills, road accidents are also caused by uncontrollable factors such as medical conditions and drowsiness. These factors can be avoided by having early detection. Therefore, the brady-tachy heart automotive so-called BT-Heartomotive device is developed. This BT-Heartomotive device can detect early signs of drowsiness and health problems by measuring the heart rate of the drivers during driving. The device also could use the data to send an alert to the passengers that they’re in precaution. The device shows a good accuracy in the detection of the heart rate level. The device comprised three main components; wristband, monitor and integrated mobile applications. Heart rate measurement can reveal a lot about the physical conditions of an individual. The BT-Heartomotive device is simple, easy to use and automated.
