As a result of the parallel element setting, performance assessment and model construction are constrained. Component functions should be observable without direct connections to programming language, for example. As a result of this, solutions that are constituted interactively at program execution necessitate recyclable performance-monitoring interactions. As a result of these restrictions, a quasi, coarse-grained Performance Evaluation (PE) approach is described in this paper. A performance framework for the application system can be polymerized from these data. To validate the evaluation and model construction techniques included in the validation framework, simplistic elements with well-known optimization models are employed.

Framing a technology question as a simple choice between developing an in- house application system and off-the- shelf proprietary system, or simply put, as a choice between build and buy, runs the risk of ignoring myriad options available in between the two extremes. In this era of cloud computing and run anything-as- a-service model, the very notion of developing an in-house application would raise a few eyebrows among C- level executives. How then can academic libraries, under mounting pressure to demonstrate their value (Oakleaf, 2010), justify investments in software development in particular? What follows in these sections is a brief discussion on the importance of investing in software development in libraries, three mini-case studies demonstrating the wide possibilities of integrating software development in library operations and a non- prescriptive model to assess which projects may be worth pursuing from the software development standpoint.

Based on the in-depth analysis of the impact of meteorological marine information on cruise missile, this paper puts forward the multi-dimensional demand analysis method of meteorological marine information supporting cruise missile combat application and the architecture design method based on MBSE, and gives the conceptual design framework of combat application system to provide information support for cruise missile combat application.

The recitation of Quran verses according to the actual tajweed is obligatory and it must be accurate and precise in pronunciation. Hence, it should always be reviewed by an expert on the recitation of the Quran. Through the latest technology, this recitation review can be implemented through an application system and it is most appropriate in this current Covid-19 pandemic situation where system application online is deemed to be developed. In this empirical study, a recognition system so-called the Quranic Verse Recitation Recognition (QVR) system using PocketSphinx to convert the Quranic verse from Arabic sound to Roman text and determine the accuracy of reciters, has been developed. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the system with a user-friendly environment was designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6 in an Ubuntu platform. A verse of surah al-Ikhlas has been chosen in this study and the data were collected by recording 855 audios as training data recorded by professional reciters. Another 105 audios were collected as testing data, to test the accuracy of the system. The results indicate that the system obtained a 100% accuracy with a 0.00% of word error rate (WER) for both training and testing data of the said audios via Quran Roman text. The system with automatic speech recognition (ASR) engine system demonstrates that it has been successfully designed and developed, and is significant to be extended further. Added, it will be improved with the addition of other Quran surahs.

AbstractArtificial intelligence (AI) is a new technical discipline that uses computer technology to research and develop the theory, method, technique, and application system for the simulation, extension, and expansion of human intelligence. With the assistance of new AI technology, the traditional medical environment has changed a lot. For example, a patient’s diagnosis based on radiological, pathological, endoscopic, ultrasonographic, and biochemical examinations has been effectively promoted with a higher accuracy and a lower human workload. The medical treatments during the perioperative period, including the preoperative preparation, surgical period, and postoperative recovery period, have been significantly enhanced with better surgical effects. In addition, AI technology has also played a crucial role in medical drug production, medical management, and medical education, taking them into a new direction. The purpose of this review is to introduce the application of AI in medicine and to provide an outlook of future trends.

The success of a school, of course, cannot be separated from the roles of teachers and employees. With the presence of teachers who meet predetermined quality standards, the school's productivity will increase and its quality can be maintained. Therefore, the school is required to be able to select a more objective recruitment of prospective employees. A process that is not objective will lead to inaccuracy in selecting prospective employees. To overcome this problem, a candidate recruitment application system is needed that can select prospective employees as needed. This research took place in private high schools in Jakarta. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall. The application developed in this study consisted of three users, namely the principal, assessors and prospective employees. This study produces an application that can be used by the private high school in selecting prospective employees according to their needs.

At this time, the Covid-19 pandemic has not been finished so all activities and expenditure of funds must be economical. On the each building will be required electricity resources as a means for lighting the room. Reduced activities carried out outside the room make people carry out activities indoors, this results in a significant increase in electricity consumption for lighting. PT. PLN as the provider in Indonesia of electricity services for the community experiences a shortage of electricity resources and most of the electricity resources are used for lighting purposes. Indonesia as a developing country has a very large of population growth, so it requires many buildings as a place to live or a place of business and other activities. This paper will be discussion how a smartphone with an Android operating system can be used to determining the lighting requirements using the Ionic Framework and Rule Based Expert Systems. Using this application system, so electricity to lighting can be optimal and not too wasteful, which in turn can save on the use of electrical energy resources and can save of the cost.

The superior class is a class that provides special service programs for students by developing their talents and creativity to meet the needs of students who have the potential for intelligence and talent of students. One way to determine the superior class in a school is to create a web-based application system using the F-AHP method to make it easier for the school to determine which students enter the superior class.
