Kata kunci: Status trofik, Plankton, Ekosistem Mangrove,  Mangrove Tapak Tugurejo Semarang.ABSTRACTMangrove ecosystem is an interaction that occurs between mangrove plants with environmental factors of mangrove waters that can cause the occurrence of water fertility and as a place of natural foraging for aquatic biota. The purpose of this research is to know the distribution of chlorophyll a, nitrate and phosphate and plankton in mangrove ecosystem which is useful for the preservation of biota life of Mangrove waters. This research was conducted in October - November 2017 at Tapak Mangrove Tugurejo Semarang. The results of this study obtained an average chlorophyll-1 content of 0.165 mg / l, an average nitrate content of 2.188 mg / l and an average phosphate content of 0.045 mg / l. Abundance of phytoplankton found as many as 23 species and zooplankton found as many as 5 species. Based on the trophic index status of Mangrove waters Tapak Tugurejo Semarang included in the category of mesotrophic waters, the nutrients and nutrients in the mangrove waters are less available or moderate and not contaminated. The condition of mangrove ecosystem fertility is observed quite well when compared with nutrient content, chlorophyll-a and plankton abundant in research waters, thus allowing many life biota - bioata waters. The conclusion of this research is the content of nutrients (nitrate and phosphate) and chlorophyll a and plankton in mangrove waters greatly affect the fertility of aquatic ecosystems, and the plankton that dominate the research site is from the Baccilariophyceae class of 21 species. Keywords : Trophic Status, Plankton, Mangrove Ecosystem, Mangrove Tapak Tugurejo SemarangCitation: Prihatin, A, Setyono, P dan Sunarto (2018). Based on the Jihogntan reservoir’s monitoring data from 2006 to 2009, eutrophication of Jihongtan reservoir was assessed. The result showed that the nutrition level of the Jihongtan reservoir was middle in recent years. The average concentration of chlorophyll-a(Chla) was higher in summer and autumn than in spring and winter. The correlation between concentration of Chla and some environmental factors was studied by statistical method, and seasonal variation of Chla and the extent of eutrophication were also analyzed. The results showed that the correlations between Chla and total nitrogen(TN), dissolved oxygen(DO) and transparency were significantly negative, and that between Chla and total phosphorus(TP), temperature(T) and potassium permanganate index(COD Mn) were significantly positive. The growth of phytoplankton was promoted by TP and TN at low concentrations, and inhibited by TN at high concentrations.

Bacterial community structure and the effects of several environmental factors on bacterial community distribution were investigated in the sediment of the macrophyte-dominated and algae-dominated areas in a large, shallow, eutrophic freshwater lake (Lake Taihu, China). Surface sediment samples were collected at 6 sampling sites (3 sites from each of the 2 areas) on 15 February and 15 August 2009. Based on cluster analysis of the DGGE banding patterns, there were significant seasonal variations in the structure of the sediment bacterial community in the macrophyte- and algae-dominated areas, and site-specific variation within an area and between 2 areas. However, there were no significant between-area variations due to the large within-area variation. Analysis of DNA sequences showed that there were differences in the species composition of the sediment bacteria between the macrophyte- and algae-dominated area clone libraries. In the macrophyte-dominated area library, the bacterial community was dominated by Deltaproteobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, Acidobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Gammaproteobacteria, and Betaproteobacteria. OP10 was found in the library of this area but not in the algae-dominated area library. The algae-dominated area library was dominated by Betaproteobacteria, Deltaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, and Acidobacteria. Cyanobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, and Planctomycetes were found in this area library but not in the macrophyte-dominated area library. Canonical correspondence analysis demonstrated that total phosphorus and water temperature were the dominant environmental factors affecting bacterial community composition in the sediment.
