Manajemen risiko rantai pasokan memainkan peran yang lebih penting daripada sebelumnya. Perusahaan harus fokus itu, naskah ini mengusulkan metode  risiko dari perspektif tiap risiko rantai pasokan dan memilih pemasok dengan menerapkan metode (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan sub-kriteria untuk pemilihan pemasok PT XYZ adalah industri pengolahan rumput laut dalam bentuk alkali treated cottonii (ATC)-Chips dan SRC . Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memdapatkan pemasok yang lebih efektif dan pada saat yang sama mendapatkan mitra rantai pasokan yang berisiko rendah.Kata kunci: Pemilihan pemasok, manajemen risiko rantai pasok, MFMEA, AHP

Purpose One of the most important issues in supply chain (SC) management is the identification and management of the risk involved in it. The purpose of this paper is to propose a comprehensive model of supply chain risk management (SCRM) in the product life cycle (PLC) and the operational process cycle (OPC). To decrease the risks in a fuzzy environment, the model considers the organizational performance factors (OPF) and the risk operational practices (ROP). Design/methodology/approach Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of the relationships between the PLC, OPC and OPF in the hierarchical structure of the decision problem. In addition, the fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is employed to recognize the priority of ROPs in dealing with the performance factors. The integrated framework is evaluated using the case study of an automotive company in Iran. Findings The results demonstrated that the proposed model can be used to formulate an appropriate method for prioritizing defined alternatives to decrease risk and improve the organizational performance in SCRM under fuzzy conditions. Research limitations/implications A major limitation of the study is that a few of the selected criteria for risk assessment are focused only on economic factors. Another limitation of the current study is related to the PLC, OPC and OPF being based on the work of Xia and Chen (2011). Practical implications The current study identified the more important stage in the PLC. More significant process in each stage of the PLC and weightier risk factors in each process of the OPC were determined. Some strategies for reducing risk in each stage of the PLC were presented. The best alternatives for reducing risks in SC were indicated. Originality/value It is worth mentioning that previous studies have not applied multiple criteria and alternatives to decrease the risks involved in the PLC and OPC parts of the SC under fuzzy conditions. However, it should be stated that some academics have used these techniques separately, in other specialized areas of the SC.

Supplier risks have attracted significant attention in the supply chain risk management literature. In this article, we propose a new computational system based on the ‘Fuzzy Extended Analytic Hierarchy Process (FEAHP)’ method for supplier selection while considering the relevant risks. We sought to evaluate the opportunities and limitations of using the FEAHP method in supplier selection and analyzed the support of the system developed through the real case of a Brazilian oil and natural gas company. The computational approach based on FEAHP automates supplier selection by determining a hierarchy of criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives. First, the criteria and sub-criteria specific to the selection problem were identified by the experts taking the relevant literature as a starting point. Next, the experts performed a pair-wise comparison of the predefined requirements using a linguistic scale. This evaluation was then quantified by calculating the priority weights of criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives. The best decision alternative is the one with the highest final score. Sensitivity analysis was performed to verify the results of the proposed model. The FEAHP computer approach automated the supplier selection process in a rational, flexible, and agile way, as perceived by the focal company. From this, we hypothesized that using this system can provide helpful insights in choosing the best suppliers in an environment of risk and uncertainty, thereby maximizing supply chain performance.

As an effective way of enterprises financing, supply chain finance has attracted much attention in recent years. However, since supply chain finance has some problems like long financing period, numerous stakeholders and complex effects, banks are at a higher risk carrying out this kind of service. The purpose of this paper is to explore the key factors in supply chain finance risk assessment and study the effective mode of risk elevation. Based on the existing literature and research, this paper uses Z-score to standardize the financial index of 344 medium-sized enterprises in automotive industry chain from October, 2016 to October, 2017 and build a model of supply chain risk assessment and control basing on analytic hierarchy process, principal components analysis and logistic regression analysis. Finally, we summarize how each index affects risk assessment and then analyze the reasons.

The supplier selection problem has been discussed in literature within the supply chain management subject and it is extremely important due to its impact on the entire supply chain configuration, strategy and performance. This work presents a decision model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method and its application in a real case of maintenance supplier selection in a large Brazilian railway operator. Eight criteria were adopted - technical capacity, financial status, relationship, operations management, security management, infrastructure, historic performance and costs - for evaluating five potential suppliers. In the case study, both first and second ranked suppliers by the method have been selected by the company for providing the services and the model was adopted as a standard procedure within the organization for contracts over US$ 300,000.

Risk is inherent in all parts of life and brings consequences, but when it specifically emerges in supply chains, it is susceptible. Therefore, this study aims at identifying and assessing supply chain risks and developing criteria for managing these risks. Supply chain (SC) risks consist of complex, uncertain, and vague information, but risk assessment techniques in the literature have been unable to handle complexity, uncertainty, and vagueness. Therefore, this study presents a holistic approach to supply chain risk management. In this paper, neutrosophic (N) theory is merged with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to deal with complexity, uncertainty, and vagueness. Then the proposed methodology is practically implemented through a case study on the automotive industry. SC resilience, SC agility, and SC robustness were selected as criteria for managing supply chain risks and analyzed using N-AHP. Furthermore, seventeen risks were identified and assessed by using N-TOPSIS. Results suggest supply chain resilience is the most important criterion for managing supply chain risks. Moreover, supplier delivery delays, supplier quality problems, supplier communication failures, and forecasting errors are the most vulnerable risks that occur in supply chains of the automotive industry in Pakistan.

Increase in demand for clean energy is one of the strategic issues in Indonesia nowadays, considering the significant economic growth of the country. A conventional LNG supply chain is not the best solution taking into consideration its high investment. The possibility of using a small scale LNG supply chain concept (Mini LNG) is recently sought by the government and private sectors in Indonesia. It is even more promising when we consider the amounts and number of stranded gas fields in the country. One of the main obstacles to the development plan is the geographical position of Indonesia as an archipelagic country. This paper presents a case study of LNG supply chain model of 10 mmscfd Gas Sales Agreement (GSA) in Batam and its design of LNG transportation model from Batam to Siantan-West Kalimantan [1]. The distance between Batam and Siantan is approximately 392 nautical miles. Two main objectives are covered in this paper. The first one is an implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select the best location for mini LNG plant, and the second one is to design the LNG supply chain model based on optimization approach. The AHP model uses a pairwise comparison of 4 (four) qualitative attributes and 14 (fourteen) sub-attributes. 3 alternatives of location for mini LNG plant are evaluated, namely: Tanjung Uncang, Pemping Island and Janda Berhias Island. A sensitivity analysis by varying the weight of some critical attributes is also conducted to ensure that preferred location is sensitively selected with minimum error. The optimization of the LNG supply chain model is carried out by means of Gradually Reduced Gradient (GRG) methods. The Objective is to attain one design that will minimize investment (cost). Decision variables of the model are LNG plant capacity, storage tank capacity in loading and receiving terminal, vessel size, number of round trip, number of operating vessels, regasification capacity at the receiving terminal, and others.

The supply chain is an important element for the development of all industries. It can improve efficiency and effectiveness of product transfer and information sharing between complex hierarchies of all the tiers. Supplier selection is an important step in the supply chain design. In many existing decision models for supplier selection, only quantitative criteria are considered. However, supplier selection is a multi-objective problem containing quantitative as well as qualitative factors. Hence, this paper attempts to demonstrate the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to overcome the above-mentioned problem. From an extensive analysis of the results, it is evident that selection of an appropriate supplier would result in improving effectiveness of supply chain.

Background: Supply chain risk management can help companies detect potential hazards,mitigate potential risks, and thereby increase supply chain efficiency. The biopharmaceuticalindustry in Iran has a generic-based pharmerging market. Therefore, identifying risksassociated with the supply chain of those drugs can significantly boost the possibility of successof biopharmaceutical companies. This study is conducted to determine the supply chain riskfactors of biopharmaceuticals companies in Iran. Methods: The current research work is a qualitative-quantitative study. A systematic review andinterview with experts (n=14) were conducted to identify potential supply chain risks in thebiopharmaceutical industries. To determine the significance of identified risks, Fuzzy screeningmethod was employed to collect the opinions of experts (n=16) in the biopharmaceuticalindustries. Results: By systematic review and interviews with the biopharmaceutical industry experts, 100potential risks in the biopharmaceutical industry supply chain were identified. These risks weredivided into two general categories namely macro and micro risks. Based on experts’ judgment,77 out of 100 identified risks were eliminated and 23 significant risks were determined. Themost important risks are the Ministry of health (as the regulatory body) conflict of interest, USsanctions, lack of domestic suppliers of essential materials, pseudo-productivity, and moneytransfer related to the bank’s sanctions. Conclusion: Due to the multitude of present risks and the impossibility of controlling all ofthem, it is recommended that managers and producers focus more on controlling the identifiedsignificant risks.
