Desde a criação da Escola de Enfermeiras do Departamento Nacional de Saúde Pública em 1923, atual Escola de Enfermagem Anna Nery, o ensino da graduação em Enfermagem modificou-se substancialmente. Este estudo objetiva descrever o relato de experiência de um grupo de docentes no processo de escolha e ensinagem do método Subjetivo, Objetivo, Avaliação e Prescrição, (SOAP) no curso superior de Enfermagem da Faculdade Pitágoras de Betim. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, de revisão bibliográfica a partir de dados indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e de buscas isoladas. O processo de ensinagem foi trilhado em quatro momentos: Identificação da necessidade; Escolha do método; Oficina problematizadora e Acompanhamento e Avaliação. Assim entendemos que a adoção de metodologias ativas durante a formação do Enfermeiro permite a construção de um profissional reflexivo e crítico de sua práxis.Descritores: Educação, Enfermeiro, Consulta de Enfermagem. Experimental report: the SOAP method testing processAbstract: Since the establishment of the School of Nursing of the National Department of Public Health in 1923, the current Anna Nery Nursing School, undergraduate nursing education has changed substantially. This study aimed to determine the consumption of benzodiazepines without prescription among first-year students from a nursing school of a public University in Ecuador. This is a descriptive, transversal and explanatory study with a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The population studied was of 181 students. The results showed that 10.5% of the students had consumed benzodiazepine without prescription once in their lives. Of these, 6.1% consumed benzodiazepine in the last year, and 3.9% are currently consuming it. The diazepam was the most consumed BZD without prescription and pharmacies, were the place of higher access. The main reasons for the benzodiazepine consumption were: insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression, family and economical problems. The use of benzodiazepines with non-medicinal purposes is related to problems such as memory loss, retirement syndrome and sedation. When benzodiazepines are consumed jointly with alcohol or other drugs they can lead to coma or death. This study shows the serious consequences benzodiazepines cause when used by nursing students in Ecuador.

The history of this research found a suitable ethos not only by the route of the researcher, but also by the current public policies of modernization and reform that are capable of regulating and transforming the educational and health systems, as well as their professional groups. The reflection meantime developed had raised a clear perception of the organizational change processes by which they interfered with the interorganizational coordination between School of Nursing and Hospital, where internship supervision would be the main protagonist, supported by the meanings that intervening actors have assigned to them. In this context, the search for explicit epistemological and methodological choices leads to look more attentively at the problem, ascertaining it, taking into account the organizational dimensions. In this regard, the choice of a case study was related to the fact that the method allowed to answer the purpose of knowing and understanding the interorganizational coordination phenomenon between School of Nursing and Hospital, namely through the supervision of internships.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze the life and career of Anayde Corrêa de Carvalho and her contributions to nursing in Bahia. Methods: oral history of her life and documentary research, with thematic content analysis. Results: three categories were found: Personal Trajectory of Anayde Corrêa de Carvalho; The School of Nursing of Bahia; and School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo and Brazilian Nursing Association. Final Considerations: this study made it possible to analyze the life of an ethical and committed nurse, who dedicated herself to nursing education and research and contributed significantly to the construction of the image and development of nursing as a profession in Bahia.
