Vacuum brazed steel-copper laminate could be used in high-pressure hydraulic manifolds in order to reduce size, weight and allow use of complex designs. The durability of such material is unknown. Samples were manufactured and static and dynamic tests were conducted. Results showed reduced material performance due to heat treatment. A hydraulic test manifold was manufactured and a long-term pressure load test was conducted. The material showed surprisingly good durability and pressure hull did not break in tests. A microscopic study was performed and only solidified copper in the corners had micro cracks after 10 million test cycles.

In order to understand the actual working condition and the bearing capacity of the bridge, the static and dynamic tests were carried out. By measuring the stress-strain and deformation of the main control sections of the bridge, we can determine if the design expectations of the structure and its actual working performance were consistent. Through dynamic load test motivating the bridge, we got the dynamic structure factor and vibration characteristics.

It may appear different diseases after years of operation on old bridges. In order to understand the actual working condition and the bearing capacity of the bridge, the static and dynamic tests are taken. It describes the principle and methods for the load test via taking Banlashan Arch Bridge for example in this paper. The stiffness, strength and dynamic characteristics of bridge structure are measured, and the maintenance and reinforcing schemes are proposed, according to the results of static and dynamic load tests. Through analyzing the tests, the data and information of bridge can be accumulated, and the mechanical characteristics of this kind of bridge are discussed.

To assess the carrying capacity and reliability of the-Longtan Bridge, applied static load in the middle of the bridge step by step, then collected strain and deflection data of the beam. In order to understand the working principle of a bridge under dynamic loads, dynamic load test - Vehicle traffic test and fluctuation test t was performed, and vibration frequency data was collected. This paper described the basic principles of the bridge static and dynamic tests, and introduced the program of the experiment. Based on the test data, the static and dynamic mechanism of the bridge was discussed, the conclusion provides the basis for further study of bridge mechanism of the mechanical.

As we all know that the bridge may appear different diseases after years of operation. The static and dynamic tests are taken to test the actual working condition and the bearing capacity of the bridge. This article describes the principles and methods of the brdige test. We will analyze the tests, the data and information of bridge so that we can accumulate the mechanical characteristics of this bridge.

Ji'an Bridge is a newly built bridge. In order to understand the bearing capacity and actual working conditions of the bridge, the static and dynamic tests were carried out. This paper mainly describe the methods and principles of the load test. Through static and dynamic load test, we can detect and analyze the bridges action of stress, deflection and dynamic characteristics, then evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge, which can provide reference for other similar bridges.

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a crystallizable thermoplastic used as composite matrix materials in application which requires high yield stress, high toughness, long term high temperature service, and resistance to solvent and radiation. There have been several reports on the crystallization behavior of neat PEEK and of CF/PEEK composite. Other reports discussed the effects of crystallization on the mechanical properties of PEEK and CF/PEEK composites. However, these reports were all concerned with the crystallization or melting processes at or close to atmospheric pressure. Thus, the effects of high pressure on the crystallization of CF/PEEK will be examined in this study. The continuous carbon fiber reinforced PEEK (CF/PEEK) laminate composite with 68 wt.% of fibers was obtained from Imperial Chemical Industry (ICI). For the high pressure experiments, HIP was used to keep these samples under 1000, 1500 or 2000 atm. Then the samples were slowly cooled from 420 °C to 60 °C in the cooling rate about 1 - 2 degree per minute to induce high pressure crystallization. After the high pressure treatment, the samples were scanned in regular DSC to study the crystallinity and the melting temperature. Following the regular polishing, etching, and gold coating of the sample surface, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to image the microstructure of the crystals. Also the samples about 25mmx5mmx3mm were prepared for the 3-point bending tests.
