"Identity pins down accurately who individuals are in relation to God, society, and themselves. God’s statement about Himself (His self-identity) in the Bible “I am who I am” can guide us to find our own “I am who I am”, definitely taking into account the analogia relationis rather than the analogia entis. The constant domi-nant of our human identity as God’s identity as well is that we stay humans despite all circumstances, but its features (“our qualities”) are variable. We are only interested in two of the many identity features: our denomination and our Hungarian ethnici-ty, which are “only” features, but as such they have been decisive. In the 20th centu-ry, we, as Reformed Protestants and Hungarians, got under the burden of the polit-ical and ecclesiastical consequences of the two world wars. Our faith required that the church and the Hungarians did not lose their identity features from the per-spective of the communities and individuals. During the interwar period (1920–1944) and during the totalitarian regime (1945–1989), we, Transylvanian Re-formed Protestants, had one single duty to fulfil: clarify our relationship vis-à-vis the political authority in such a way as to remain disciples and a disciple church without which we are not the ones who we must be. In his prayer, Jesus does not ask the Fa-ther to take all of his followers out of this world (meaning society) but rather to de-fend them from evil (John 17:15). How can we fulfil it? Our yes/no answer is the issue of gratitude towards God and penitence before Him. Portraitis works of copyrighted photography with human objects. Personal data is data inthe form of personal identities, codes, symbols, letters or numbers of personal identifiers.Personal data includes personal life affairs including (history) someone's communication.Whereas in concept, personal data is not merely information about domestic sphere, but alsoinformation about professional history,professional and public life because a person'spersonal affairs also intersect with the relevant public affairs (interpesonal relationships andalso facts that occur in public spaces). Legitimacy of personal rights is regulated asconstitutional rights as regulated in Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution ofthe Republic of Indonesia. Portrait in which there are human beings as objects is part ofpersonal data. Portrait is part of human identity that must be protected. The use of unlicensedportraits for commercial purposes can be detrimental to portrait owners not onlyeconomically, this action injures self-identity which can cause a bad image for that person.The use of portraits as personal data without permission for commercial purposes can besubject to criminal sanctions (Copyrights Law) and civil claims (Law on ElectronicInformation and Transactions). This paper discusses how portrait settings are as commercialdata. The purpose of this writing is that the output of the purpose of this paper is as the outputof the Beginner Lecturer Research compiled by the author with the title "CopyrightProtection on Portrait Photographs in Social Media".

Mahesh Dattani is rightly regarded by the international Herald Tribune as one of the best and the most serious playwrights writing in English, His plays expose the violence of private thoughts and the hypocricy of public morality, Dattani wants to get rid of all kinds of evils in the society which spoil the degnifid life. All the atrocities in the name of religion, class, race, or gender can be eradicated if a person is able to understand the power of the human nature. It is not intelligent to be submissive to the cruelties of the oppressor and demising human dignity. This paper analyses a few plays of Dattani to prove that Dattani is against both the atrocities of the dominating and the submissiveness of the dominated in order to attain a dignified life with self -identity.

The following article addresses the changing nature of human identity in the digital age, with a focus on the emergence of the ‘inner self’ via digital communication. Three models of ‘self’ are presented in this text, which have emerged as a result of our rising use of digital technology, entitled ‘The Constructed Self’, ‘The Programmed Self’ and ‘The Absent Self’. The first model, ‘The Constructed Self’, focuses on our ability online to manipulate the public portrayal of the ‘inner self’ via carefully constructed social media profiles and virtual identities. This model compares the instances in which the ‘online self’ and the ‘actual self’ develop as extensions of one another, with examples that highlight how they can also act in opposition. ‘The Programmed Self’ is concerned with the amalgamation of humans and technology. As machines become increasingly intelligent and humanized, new possibilities are arising for our relationship with technology to become ever more personal. Finally, ‘The Absent Self’ brings to light what we miss through our immersion in the screen; how do online environments capture our attention so effectively and what does this do to our ability to self-reflect?
