"In this paper, we consider a mixed problem for a nonlinear elasticity system with laws of general behavior. The coefficients of elasticity depends on x meanwhile the density of the volumetric forces depends on the displacement. The main aim of this paper is to apply the Schauder's fixed point theorem and the techniques of topological degree to prove a theorem of the existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the corresponding variational problem."

We study a fractional differential equation dynamics model arising from the analysis of real estate asset securitization by using the generalized fixed point theorem for weakly contractive mappings in partially ordered sets. Based on the analysis for the existence and uniqueness of the solution and scientific numerical calculation of the solution, in further study, some optimization schemes for traditional risk control process will be obtained, and then the main results of this paper can be applied to the forefront of research of real estate asset securitization.

The goal of this manuscript is to present a new fixed-point theorem on θ − contraction mappings in the setting of rectangular M-metric spaces (RMMSs). Also, a nontrivial example to illustrate our main result has been given. Moreover, some related sequences with θ − contraction mappings have been discussed. Ultimately, our theoretical result has been implicated to study the existence and uniqueness of the solution to a nonlinear integral equation (NIE).

The study of coupled systems of hybrid fractional differential equations requires the attention of scientists for the exploration of their different important aspects. Our aim in this paper is to study the existence and uniqueness of the solution for impulsive hybrid fractional differential equations. The novelty of this work is the study of a coupled system of impulsive hybrid fractional differential equations with initial and boundary hybrid conditions. We used the classical fixed-point theorems such as the Banach fixed-point theorem and Leray–Schauder alternative fixed-point theorem for existence results. We also give an example of the main results.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of A-proper topological degree in Menger PN-space and study some of its properties. Utilising its properties, we obtain a new fixed point theorem.
