Nowadays, telemedicine services are widely used throughout the world. Various types of telemedicine services, such as the storage and transmission of real-time information, remote monitoring or self-control can be applied in the fields of education, health and management, disease screening and disaster risk management worldwide. Telemedicine can play a big role in conducting medical research, as well as in the field of training scientific personnel, allowing remotely collaborate with scientific and clinical institutions and gain access to expensive remote equipment. In this context, it is considered appropriate to develop and apply such innovative ideas as online computing models in telehealth applications; simplified software and hardware interfaces, programs for modelling; portable telepresence systems; artificial intelligence applications that are especially relevant in cases where simulated patients cannot replace real ones; and development of a large number of application simulators. Keywords: Telemedicine, technology, telecommunications, innovation.

This paper presents the use of intelligent system with Supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) Software and hardware components platform like PLC considered as the main contents of this project. SCADA software enables us to monitor, record data whenever required from the hardware installed and gives the status of the main power system components like motors, relays, panels, feeders, furnaces, etc. Feature of the design intends load control, distribution and history readings. A small hardware model shows the conveyer application which interface with SCADA and PLC. The application implemented on ladder logic simulation with KGL_WE simulator and SCADA helps to shows real time information about the system.

Constant changes in the market and increased competition make it necessary to dynamically adapt the way of running a business. The pressure of constant changes implies the emergence of requirements for information technology, which is the basic tool for information processing in organizations. The necessity of immediate reaction to business changes, reduction of time of business processes realization, immediate retrieval of information and its sharing, became the foundation of the idea of a company processing real-time information (Real Time Enterprise, RTE). RTE provides real-time information to employees, customers, suppliers, and other business partners, ensuring timeliness and consistency across all IT systems. The possibilities of RTE implementation thus become an important element of the IT operation and the entire enterprise. It seems to be advisable to find determinants of designing a proper IT system supporting the operation of an enterprise that processes information in real time (RTE).

Organizational learning and organizational improvisation are distinct constructs, but the two processes intertwine in important ways. First, improvisational episodes can lead to long-term group/organizational learning when organizations selectively retain improvised action patterns, or when they learn the process of improvisation itself. Such postimprovisation learning can but also may not generate valid/useful learning. Still, unresolved questions remain, such as when does it lead to unexpected discovery, distinct forms of myopic learning, the emergence of unplanned identities, and improvisational competency traps? This chapter reviews evidence that learning can also occur during improvisational action streams, as when organizations draw on real-time information and long-term organizational memory while they improvise. Finally, this chapter highlights two underexplored learning issues: How does the organization create the nugget or template for the novel part of an improvised design? What is the role of short-term memory during improvisation? The chapter advocates that tackling the intersection of improvisation and learning will advance both areas.

Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) is an indigenously developed technology which strives to digitise vaccine stocks and monitor the temperature of the cold chain through a smartphone based application. The platform supports the central government’s Universal Immunization Programme by providing real-time information on vaccine stocks, flows and storage temperatures across all cold chain points of the country. This vaccine logistics system has been introduced by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and implemented by the United Nations Development programmers. In terms of functionality, eVIN aims to provide an integrated solution to address constraints of infrastructure, monitoring and human resource, inadequate vaccine stocks and related challenges.

Technological aspects are observed conserning high-automated public transport vehicles operation. The role of real-time information and automatic door closing of the unmanned vehicles is highlited. Also bescribed how automatic counting passengers can be used inside information services for passengers and for more presice controlling at managing «green lines» for proper filled buses and trams can be used.
